Not recommended if you have Delta Dental. It was a nice office and the cleaning was great. Billing practices were a little shady… even though I paid in full upfront, I was billed an extra 60$ a month later because my insurance reimbursed me more than progressive anticipated, and they wanted the money instead of me. Added a late payment fee on top of it as well despite the bill being sent 30 days after the visit. All said and done I paid about $200 out of pocket for my wife and I despite being reassured my insurance would fully cover a routine cleaning.

I’m always impressed with whomever I see at this practice. Everyone is professional and friendly. The hygienist talks through the cleaning so I always know what she’s doing and feel comfortable. They use a text reminder service so I never forget an appointment. The office is super clean and organized!

Dr. Kwak is the best dentist I have ever had. She is supremely knowledgeable in her craft. I had several long term problems that other dentists had "watched " for far too long, including old fillings that had cracked and caused tooth damage. She expertly corrected the problems. She works quickly and confidently. I have never had any pain during her procedures. I have the utmost trust in her work. The entire dental practice is staffed by friendly, warm people. The place is wonderful!
