If you have aimed high and got yourself a high school diploma or a GED?! You can live here with all of the amenities, whether you work full-time in a Taco Bell drive-through, or you work at our local Walmart. We have a place for you! You can pay your rent weekly or monthly how very exciting. You can even use Afterpay! All are welcome as long as you make $13.75 an hour,

My son recently moved into The Woodlands and loves his apartment. Because it’s his very first apartment I helped him with communicating with the management at the apartment and I must say they are so kind, professional, and accommodating. Amber the office manager went above and beyond to work with me all the way in California to help my son’s transition to living on his own in Washington go as smoothly as possible. I 110% recommend The Woodlands. I just can’t wait to visit!

Great quiet peaceful and quaint Apt. Complex. The residents are always very nice to me as a matter of fact I saw this lady varying a heavy bag of trash and I offered to help her out with it and next thing I know she comes back out with a bacon egg sandwich gives it to me and tells me she appreciated my assistance. Great people oh and the maintenance guy is a great guy very easy to talk to and friendly definitely a positive force for the complex .

We have only lived here for one week but the move-in process was really smooth. Paige at the leasing office is super friendly and showed us around. Because of Covid the pool/spa and fitness center are closed but the grassy areas for dogs are a plus! There were definitely some things that needed to be fixed/installed when we moved in but Dillon from maintenance was polite and took care of everything he could right away.

I have have lived here for about 6 months now. My husband and I are in the loft floor plan and could not be more happy with our experience. We have lived in many apartment complexes, and the staff here cannot be beat. Maintenance is on top of their game, so friendly, and amazing with our dogs. Office staff made moving here a breeze, and they have continued to be helpful in multiple circumstances. Every encounter with them, I end up staying around just to chat because they are so like-able. If you are looking for casual and clean place to live, where your well-being and comfort are the priority

I moved into The Woodlands in August. After having owned a house for 30 years, I was very picky when choosing where I wanted to rent. I looked at over a dozen complexes before deciding to move here. I am very happy I did! Jewels worked with me to find the type of apartment that would perfectly suit my needs. Thanks to Paige, completing the application and move-in paperwork was a snap. Both women are friendly and helpful whenever I call or stop by the office with questions. Johnny, the on-site maintenance man, is very responsive and capable, and he is also super-friendly. The complex is nicely landscaped
