Sometimes life hits us hard and drops us in a place where we need a helping hand. I've been a mental health provider in Colorado and Utah, thus adding diversity to my practice. If you find yourself in a place where you need a helping hand, please call me. I have over 15 years experience. I have worked with many people ranging from children to adults.
Our individual counseling services involve a combination of psychotherapy, talk therapy and mindfulness training through a treatment process with which clients work one-on-one with one of our trained mental health clinicians in a safe, caring and confidential environment. Individual counseling focuses on treating the immediate or near future concerns of the client.

North Star Counseling has been a life-changing experience. After having kids I thought I would never be able to heal my mind. Doug and his team are truly amazing.
