I'm looking for my forever dentist and I think I've found him! The whole office, from the moment they picked up the phone, were so kind and caring. The doctor took a look at my tooth and he gave me real and honest advice. Other dentists would have taken that opportunity to probably drill open my tooth and take some money. This is a top notch dentist. Dr. Francis is genuine, patient and explains it all. I moved to Long Beach and I'm so fortunate he works one Saturday a month. I drive to Riverside because he's gentle and so educated and excellent at what he does.
My crown fell off, he took me right away and fixed it. Oh, and by the way he didnt do that work or it would of never come off. Overall the office is so friendly you feel like your home. Love it here!!

Oh my gosh! I can not say enough about Dr. Francis and his staff. Everyone is very friendly and professional. The facility is modern and clean. Dr. Francis is the best dentist I've ever been to. He is gentle and thorough and takes the time to explain what's going on. I resent had a major procedure done and I could not be happier with his work and the experience over all. Simply AMAZING!!! I found this office today due to an awful toothache that made me leave work. Luckily, I was was to see Dr Francis. His entire staff was friendly and helpful. He was very thorough and did a great job pulling my problematic tooth out. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

The staff was very friendly and got me in on short notice. The offices are kept very clean. Dr. Francis was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. Best of all they were not judgemental about my less than perfect teeth which is a nice change of pace. The prices are reasonable as well if you don't have insurance.

I have been a patient with Dr. Francis since I was about 5 five years old (I am 32 now). I am one of few people I know who actually looks forward to going to the dentist every six months, and that is in large part thanks to the wonderful staff and atmosphere at Dr. Francis's office. I have a strong phobia of dentists. Dr. Francis is very in tune with this problem and spent extra time and care giving me what I needed to get through the process of getting work done. I was nervous changing dentists but since I moved I wanted someone closer and I feel like I found a home for dental care here. I have been a patient of Dr. Francis since I was about 4yrs old, my family as well are patients. The staff is not only friendly but knowledgeable and can help you understand your insurance benefits. Dr. Francis is very kind, friendly, honest and patient when I have been nervous about treatment. I feel he is very conservative when letting me know what is needed and how to fix it. This office is the place to go for your dental needs. The staff is so friendly, amazing at the work they do and won't make you think you need unnecessary work other practices are known for. Let me start by saying it's been at least 8 years since I've been to the dentist. So I had no reference point except for as a child. But this has got to be one of the best offices around. Put this on top in case you stop reading. They will work with you if you have no insurance. They want you to be able to get your teeth fixed.

Dr Francis has been my dentist since I was a young child, I am now 32. He now sees my children as well, ages 8 and 11.
He has always been sympathetic, understanding of my nervousness, throughly explains all procedures and never recommends services that aren't needed. He is an HONEST man. Dr Francis is not out for your money, he is looking out for your health.

I came here after going to a different dentist (to get a second opinion )the first dentist told me I needed so much work done and the bill was quite a few thousand more than I could afford. The staff was fighting in the back room. I left feeling so confused as to what happened. I called dr Francis office and they got me in and I couldn't be more pleased! they all had smiles on there faces never made me feel rushed they explained everything they were doing. I've only been here once and will probably be my new permanent Dentist while living in Riverside. I can't speak for the work of Dr. Steven himself since he didn't really do any work on me.
