Barbara is the best realtor in the Indianapolis area!

I wish I would have found Barbara four months ago!!!! I had a horrible experience with a previous person before finding Barbara. I had lost hope and encouragement that I was ever going to find someone who knew something.
Barbara was not only empathetic to my previous experience but assured me I had no worries. Barbara explained every step we were taking with my home, if she couldn't her assistant's were right there, calling ,texting, emailing me to make sure I was ALWAYS updated on any events that occured with my sale.

BARB IS AWESOME! This is our second time using Barb. We bought our first house with her. She helped us get everything coordinated with that purchase. She explained all the details of buying a house to us newbies in a respectful and clear way. Naturally with our experience we called her again when we found a different house we wanted. She went the extra mile getting us to see the house and speak with her preferred lender who was very helpful as well. She was patient with us as we got our house ready for listing. Succeed has more so accommodating to our needs and we can not say enough good things about them! If you are in the market to buy or sell Miguel and Ashley are HIGHLY recommended.
