Founded in 1967, the Choice Health Care network began as Southside Medical Center (SMC), a clinic designed to bring highly-trained physicians and essential health services to Atlanta communities.

Our network of clinics offers both medical and support services, with a focus on preventative care and disease management.
Choice Health Care provides health and social services to working and uninsured families throughout metro Atlanta. Because a smile is a terrible thing to lose, Choice Health Care provides the most requested dental services -exams, fillings, cleanings and extractions, as well as referrals for dentures and partials. Men, women, and children alike are welcome to receive high quality care at our practice. Our friendly staff works to create a comfortable experience for patients of all ages.
Children's health care is an important aspect of our practice. Healthy children grow to become healthy adults. Our Pediatrics Department specializes in the prevention and treatment of illnesses that are common among children. Patients up to age 17 are welcome at our pediatric clinics. We may also refer your child to the dentist, optometrist, asthma department or other Choice Health Care specialist as needed.
