I would give 0 stars if I could. The front desk employees are the rudest, most unprofessional people I've ever had the "pleasure" of speaking with. They act as if helping you is an inconvenience all with a horrible attitude. I called to confirm an appointment and ask questions about said appointment. That's it. Easy right? You would think. They were mean, dismissive, and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing ALL the details of my upcoming appointment. The doctors/nurses and front desk have horrible communication. My doctor would tell me one thing and the front desk would tell me something different

Dr. Davis-Williams is the best doctor I know in the Women’s Health field. She has the best bedside manners that haven’t changed in over 30 plus years of our relationship. She was referred to me years ago by a coworker and I have no regrets. Thank you Dr. Davis-Williams for keeping me and my health in check. I also enjoy our annual visit.

The doctors and lab techs here are absolutely amazing!! I would recommend 10 times over! However, the young thin dark skin lady that does check out is another story. She was incredibly rude and would not assist me with finding the fax number. She did not care what I was going through nor have any empathy for ensuring that my release of information forms were completed so that the doctors could have my medical information. I had to get the doctor to help me, find the fax number .
I gave 2 stars because she is the first face that people see when they come in the office. I’m sure her attitude does

If you want the best care and providers that care about your care. Look no further! I love the customer service from the care team. The providers are willing to educate you on the best options about your care and always have your best interest at hand. Dr. Eaton, Lakeisha is the absolute best and I trust her with my life. She’s phenomenal, well knowledgeable and upholds her obligation to her clients. It’s an honor to go in the office and it feels like home.

If you are looking for an OB/GYN, this is the place! Every single person that works here is wonderful, kind, and good to be around. They take time to talk to you, don’t rush through the visit, run on time, and just all around great! Another big perk is that it is Black Woman owned and all of the providers are women of color!

The GAWHC staff is wonderful, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I have been under their care for both out patient procedures and deliveries. Dr. Eaton’s bedside manner is arguably unmatched in my opinion. If you are new to the area or just seeking a new provider, I highly recommend Greater Atlanta Women’s Healthcare!
