Dr. Heather Harris is awesome. I'm terrified of going to the dentist, but she is gentle, thorough, and efficient. Not to mention super nice AND is one of your neighbors as she lives right here in Hilltop. From the moment you walk into Dr. Harris' soothing office, you are treated kindly and with individualized attention from the staff.
When you take the first step towards a healthy smile and schedule your first visit, Amanda, our front desk coordinator, will send you a packet of helpful information if requested. You also have the option of printing your paperwork from our website! This packet includes a registration form as well as a dental and medical history form.
Bonding is a popular method to enhance the aesthetics of your smile. Bonding can be used to correct cracks or gaps in teeth, as a filling after a cavity has been removed, or to cover up stains or discolored teeth. A composite resin is used on the affected tooth or teeth. It is molded and sculpted over an adhesive gel that is placed on the tooth.

Billing nightmare!
I was very satisfied with the dental work and only had positive interactions with the dental staff.
The front desk staff/billing staff is a very different story.
I was charged for the same procedure code twice.
I was told I couldn't leave without paying my balance, even though I didn't believe my insurance claims were properly submitted. I was right, I overpaid by over 500 dollars and I'm still fighting them to get a full refund. This has been an ongoing battle since March. I've sent emails and voicemails and haven't heard back in weeks.

Don't bother, quick to find filling issues and the need for crowns. After four cancelled appointments on her behalf, three of which I was informed about when I arrived, I am done and will find another dentist. I advise all to do the same. The building is in shambles and smells and the practice is definitely on the decline. Run and don't look back.

All staff at the office of Doctor Harris was very knowledgeable and patient. The professionalism and thoroughness will have me coming back without question. All covid safety protocols were abided by and appreciated. Much thanks to Craig who walked me through every step of the process from my ex rays to a detailed cleaning. Dr Harris gave me a clear explanation at what we were dealing with in regards to my current dental situation. She clearly explained my options on how to properly move forward in rectifying my current dental standing. The ladies at the front desk went over my options moving forward

I had been going here for 7 years and was getting good service until they lost Jessica (front desk) and started hiring temp hygienists. I had a woman with gloves on work in my mouth and then handled paperwork and went back in my mouth with same gloves on. I have seen a big turnover in hygienists over the years. Since I no longer have dental insurance, I ask for pricing before my appointment. They tell me different pricing almost every time I call them. I recently cancelled an appointment when I had a throbbing tooth and then it got better in 2 days when my appointment was scheduled. I immediately

I went in for an appointment for a cracked crown. Dr Harris looked at the crown for one minute and said it was okay to wait 9 months until insurance would pay for it. She then asked if I would like her to file it down so it would be smoother. It took her 1 minute to file it down. She billed my insurance $300 for 2 minutes of work. $87 for the visit and the rest for the filing of the tooth. My insurance would not pay for the filing of the tooth and I was left with a bill of $63. I called to say that i thought the charges were outrageous. Chris the manager just re-coded them and re-sent them though

After cleaning and x-rays: Teeth are great. Could use a deeper cleaning on a few in the nack, very normal though. Other than that, great!

After handing them an employer form that shows that if there are any issues I can't be employed: TEETH ARE BAD! EMERGENCY! NEEDS THIS PROCEDURE!

Everything seemed great until they found an avenue to get what they thought would be guaranteed money. It was obvious they were trying to use my ability to get a job to force more procedures. If I don't do the procedure, can't get the job, right? So I'll do the procedure, even tough 5 minis

Just had my first appointment with Dr. Harris and my overall experience was definitely 5 stars. I chose Dr. Harris as my new dentist (just moved here from California where I had THE BEST dentist: shout out to Dr. Wong in LA!!) because we received a mailer from her office, plus she's very close to my house, PLUS I saw she was rated a top doc in some Denver magazine. However, when I looked her up on Yelp I became a little nervous because she doesn't have many reviews, and the ones she does have are not exactly enticing.
Well, I don't know what happened with those other people (they

Dr. Harris has done extensive crown work and restorative care to my teeth. If there is a problem, she definitely will find it with her critical examination of my teeth, gums, and crowns. We are currently living in Carmel, CA and we fly back for examinations and restorative work.

She has great tenacity breaking old crowns off your teeth! Her extensive dental work in my mouth has remained intact and non-problematic.

Dr. Harris seemed exceptional; however, the tooth I paid for her to improve fell apart within 3 months. I came back for a cleaning and told the hygienist about the issue but never heard back from them. I liked Dr. Heather & still want her to do well.

I went to a different dentist today and they saw no need for the work Dr. Harris wanted to do on the left side of my mouth. This supports what I posted before - she aggressively drills and fills blemishes which other dentists do not judge need to be filled. (To clarify - She did the right side of my mouth, wanting to do more work on the left, which today's dentist did not say needed to be filled)

Very pleasant atmosphere and nice staff, but I stopped going here because A) location was too far for me, B) a wee tad too expensive for me.

One thing I like is that she's a mercury-free dentist, which is usually hard to find. Kudos for that.
