Services
We graciously ask that all boarding patients are dropped off by 6pm on Monday through Friday and by 2:00 pm on Sat and Sun. This allows us to properly get your pet settled in. Riverview Animal Hospital is not only a full service medical hospital and clinic, we also offer immaculately maintained boarding facilities.
Liz Lovett, DVM Liz was born and raised in Little Rock, AR. She set out for west Texas after high school, where she received her degree in Animal Science from Texas Tech University. After college, she relocated to Nashville. There she started her veterinary career as a full time assistant at a veterinary ophthalmology practice.
Dr. Jennifer Kolb is a Chattanooga native and attended Hixson High School. After graduating, she attended Auburn University and received her Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Biology. She taught fly fishing for Orvis after graduating while receiving her secondary science teaching degree. She subsequently taught high school Anatomy and Physiology for two years and then decided she wanted to pursue her lifelong dream of becoming a veterinarian.
Dr. Marisa Shulman is a Tennessee girl, born and raised. Although she has lived in several parts of middle TN, she claims the little town of Bell Buckle as her hometown. Having grown up around animals her whole life, she knew that veterinary medicine was where she needed to be. After attending Sewannee (the University of the South) for college, she moved to Chattanooga and joined our team as a veterinary assistant.
Cancer is a very common illness that affects mostly senior domestic pets. Over 50% of geriatric pets will have some form of cancer.
