What started off as an idea, followed by hard work and determination, turned into a business I am very proud of. Total Serenity opened its doors in January of 2008 in a little office in the Audabon neighborhood. In August of 2011 then moved to the current locaion upstairs from Quigley Chiropractic.

At Total Serenity I specialize in Pain Relief. Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Orthopedic, Myofacial, & Pregnancy Massage. For injuries old or new, car accidents, whiplash, back pain, sciatica, fibromyalgia, arthritis, migraines, tension headaches & the stress that day to day life can put on your body.

This experience was fantastic! ShaTia did a great job listening to me about where I was holding my stress and by the end of the hour I felt like a different person. The location was very calming and peaceful - such a great haven from the day. I will definitely be back - wish I had found it sooner.

I love going to Total Serenity for my massages. My last massage was with ShaTia who is amazing! The Spa is nice and private and all of the staff are super helpful and friendly. Recommend to anyone who is looking for a professional staff and great atmosphere.

Great massage! I've had 2 appointments and both have been great! Sha Tia is great, professional, and can loosen up the knots and muscles to get you relaxed and stretched out.

I absolutely love Total Serenity. Amy is so sweet, kind, easy to work with, flexible with scheduling and fair. I have been getting massages here for years and will continue to do so. I love that she always runs sales year round and honestly, I feel less guilty treating myself if it’s on sale. Lol. Book here. You won’t regret it!!!!
