I went with auburn valley collision to fix a scratch/dent on my front bumper, Chris pell made it quick and easy for us from the jump. He told us it would take 3 days to get done. Sure did keep his word 3 days and it was done. Just like it was never there! I would highly recommend this place for dents/scratches whatever it may be! Thanks again auburn valley collision!

I had my front bumper repainted after some damage. Looked great when I got it back, but within a couple months it has started chipping and peeling badly. I took it back in and they claim I hit something to cause the chipping and peeling, and that I would need to just repay all over again to get it fixed. For one, I did. It hit anything. But for two, if I had, it should’ve scratched the paint, it chipped it over a third of the bumper. I would not use them again due to their poor quality work and unwillingness to fix their issues.

Yes They have masks out front, The receptioniat at the time wore a mask and correctly, Chris wore a mask correctly (who were both dressed professionally non jeans - very respectable) however the remainder of the staff I encountered wore them as chin diapers. One was the "owner".

I can highly recommend Auburn Valley Collision for body repairs needed on your car. The damage to my car had pushed the engine bay in and the firewall of the car. By the end of it, it was spendy, but they did amazing work putting the car back to original condition. The paint matched very well when they were done, and all the seams between the door, hood, and fender are all symmetrical.
Kandice was awesome in reaching out to give me updates every few days on the status of the car. Diana was also very helpful in reaching out as well.

I would say that outwardly, this place doesn't look reassuring. But I guess don't judge a book by its cover has merit. Inside is a treasure trove of memorabilia and various accolades awarded. If I understand correctly it's a local family owned business so the material is personally owned as well, and why not put up what you want?

Auburn Valley Collision was the second shop I went to to get an estimate on damage from being rear-ended. The first shop missed some damage in their estimate and the insurance company started doing what they do. I needed another estimate. Chris looked at my car after I had let him know I may just be cashing out with the insurance company. He was very professional, didn't miss any damage like the first shop and from talking to him about my vehicle you could tell he was experienced and knowledgeable. I do not have words for what a great place this is. They are very simple, yet straight to the point! No games or back and forth nonsense. I loved how personal they are. Bob is great! Front office Lena is great their dogs are great. And wow did their mechanics deliver, they did an amazing job and they got me my truck looking beautiful again after being rear ended right on time before my wedding day! Super quick. Amazing work, finished work quicker than expected and really reasonable rates. This was our first time using them and we will for sure use them again. They did work on our 2500 Dodge truck, paint work and body damage, all looks great! Chris followed up with us and went out of his way to find a certain style of running boards we were looking for. Recently had to bring my 2014 Subaru here after being rear ended. They did a very good job repairing it, it looks great, haven’t had any issues and we have had it back in our possession for about a month now. I had a horrible experience with them. Chris assured me that I will get my car done the following morning. Instead I got my car back several days. I called to follow up several times, I was getting the run around and I kept being told they had the part but the car wasn't work on yet.
Also they had given me a quote breaking down the service prices. When the car was finally done, I was given a different price that was more than I was originally quoted. So I really had no choice but to pay because I just wanted my car back.

Took twice as long to do all the repairs as they had originally told me. After i picked up my car a few days later got a call that they forgot to put a part on. Had to go back. Did ok body work but horrible customer service and bad job on my glass repair. Will definitely not go back. Had a much better experience at service king right down the street.

I had a relatively new Hyundai Genesis Coupe that got some body damage from a collision.
They were able to get me in same day for an estimate and accommodate me into their schedule with my limited availability.
Bob was super helpful, he emailed me regularly letting me know the status of the repair, giving me peace of mind. I really appreciated the excellent communication.
Best part is they discovered another safety concern and buttoned up the additional work without much delay.
They did a great job making a crappy situation a positive experience. Will be a return customer for sure.

Took my car in for a new fender and they handled all the insurance nonsense and put a new fender on and was able to get my car back to me in less than 30 hours. As that may not be typical, I came to pick up my vehicle and they had washed it and vacuumed the inside which was a wonderful surprise given my car was a little messy upon drop off. Great service, I would definitely recommend them or bring my vehicle back for any needed service.

I was recommended to Auburn Valley Collision by my son, who works for The City Of Auburn...they do a lot of the body work on their police cars, which are very prone to needing body work done. I met with Bob, the owner, and we discussed what I needed to get done...I had some major deep scratches due to my stupidity when I tried to move a recycle bin between my 2 vehicles...anyway, he called his painter out, and it was decided that instead of repainting a quarter of my new Subaru Outback, they would try to keep the repair down to a small area, and alleviate any future problems...they were very competitive

I was calling around to different auto body shops because of a bumper that needed to be replaced. When I spoke to Bob he answered all of my questions and even recommended a towing company to haul my vehicle. Being a local insurance agent, I have access to a large network of preferred shops.
