At East Hill Auto Services we specialize in general automotive repair and maintenance. We offer a 2 YR/ 24 K Warranty on all are repairs and are also certified by Washington State emissions program. We will be closed on Saturday, 08/03/2019, but will resume our normal business hours on Monday. Thank you and have a great weekend.

You will get a written quote or a call on the phone to speak with you directly prior to the work being done. Oil and filter changes have decal reminders placed on the upper part of your windshield.

Had a really good experience here. My wife's SUV needed service. We called ahead and were given a day when we could bring it in (just a few days out). We arrived in the morning, checkin was fast, friendly and efficient.
The called later in the day to let us know when the work had been completed. They had tested and confirmed the problem and then went ahead with the replacement..
Pick up at the end of the day was just as easy. We got a quick summary of the testing and work completed. The estimate that had been provided was spot on, no surprises, just solid work.

BE AWARE!! Please guys, do you yourself a favor and thank me later and Do Not take you car to this place!
This guys are extremely unprofessional, always will give you the feeling that you're wasting their time.
They will cause more damage to your car and will never take responsibility on anything.
I brought my car last month for a spark plugs replacement and emission check before I take it to the test, when I picked up the car I started to feel a different driving and the car was shaking like a Diesel engine!
I brought it back to him and started to tell me that one of my coils are bad and

I've been going to a certified BMW mechanic loyally for the passed 7 years. I'm not a mechanic, but I always noticed my car didn't drive any better after service there. In fact my car seemed to be really having some problems that my Auburn mechanic told me was no big deal. I was getting concerned. My friend recommended East Hill Auto.
Rommel ran diagnostics and got back to me quickly with a report that was complete with pictures and a plan to resolve the issues. I really felt he was giving me all the info I needed to make an informed choice

"Safety always in mind"
The East Hill Auto team always has my safety in mind when servicing my vehicles. In this case when working on my 2010 Jeep Wrangler, they noticed that there was some issue with how the Jeep drove and found that there was a U-joint issue with the right front wheel. They even sent me a picture to show me what the issue was. When I picked up the Jeep I was able to instantly tell the difference in how the Jeep handled.

The owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. I can appreciate doing business with a person that appears to have integrity and not trying to mislead the customer. I had a shifting problem with my car and expected to pay a lot to have it fixed, but he informed me that there was a warranty on my part and didn't cost me much at all. I will definitely be taking my vehicles back here from now on.

I've been coming here for about 4 years now, and have had excellent service every time. I drive a VW Jetta, which is a very difficult car for many to work on, but Rommel and his team get what I need done every time! I trust them with price, time, and will continue to get my car serviced here for years to come. They offer the best in customer service and remember my name every time I come in!

Came in again giving them another chance with a repair estimate. I wanted a 60k service done and had the parts. The person working their (I believe the owner) proceeded to tell me the parts I bought were not for the 60k service and that the services I asked for are not included in a 60k. It's funny he can say that even after I showed him what a 60K service entails from a Toyota dealership and a Lexus dealership.
I do have good knowledge to perform automotive repairs and maintenance but did not have the time to complete services myself. I can say confidently, this guy doesn't know what
