Louis is originally from San Antonio, Texas. Louis attended San Antonio Military Academy and served honorably with the United States Navy as an Air Traffic Controller. He earned a dual undergraduate degree from the University of Central Oklahoma (formerly Central State University) in Norman, Oklahoma.
Ms. Rutledge was born and raised in Sugar Valley Ga. After residing in Panama City Beach, FL, she has recently returned to the area and currently residing in Calhoun. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, live concerts, sporting events, and cooking, as well as catering part time, and being a Mimi.

Mr, Goad went to a court hearing with me a few weeks ago ,but before going he calls me up and asked me if I could tell him what a , status hearing is ? He'll man, I'm not a paralegal or the lawyer here ,thats what I paid you for! I am looking for a new lawyer ,one that is professional and respectful. That was a wasted $1000 . Earl

I worked primarily with Tina, who kindly and patiently worked with me throughout the process. We worked to prepare for all scenarios that the court might have questions about prior to the court date so there would not need to be any extensions. She was able to arrange it so that my brother-in-law did not have to travel back to GA for the court appearance since he lives in Wisconsin. We were extremely surprised and pleased that the case outcome was better than we expected. I would highly recommend this law firm to anyone involved in an automobile incident.

I'm sure James Goad is a very capable attorney . I also believe he has helped many people ... Well good for him but that is not the case in my experience as i have watched Mr. Goad unjustly ,unethically,and I'm sure illegally mistreat and or represent one of his clients , which also happens to be fiancee.

Attorney James E. Goad is FANTASTIC!!! By far the Best Attorney we have ever used. My husband has been a Truck Driver for over 33 years and has a perfect driving record. He recently received a speeding ticket in his personal vehicle. This ticket would have ended my husband's driving career. James E. Goad went to court with us and saved my husband's job. I recently used Attorney Kay Hill for a custody case. Due to the nature of the case and for my child I wanted something done asap. My son was having marks show up on him. She never once filed an emergency hearing etc. Her calendar was too full. During court she did not fight for me or my child. She never cross examined my sons father during the… second half.
