I want to thank Bob so much for his help and guidance to help refinance my parents' home. We had gone through a few brokers who made it seem impossible to even lower our PMI let alone change our monthly rate. Bob was able to work with the lender to remove both our PMI and monthly rate, helping save us so much money! Inspira Group is top notch. I've been buying and selling homes for over 3 decades now. I've dealt with many Financial Groups, in fact I had a preferred lender, with whom I had a 15 year relationship, servicing home loans to me, friends and family. One day, I asked him if he could match the rates offered to me by Bob and his team at Inspira and he was brutally honest and told me, "no I can't". I can't tell you how happy I was with my Inspira experience. My husband and I had our sights set on a short sale house. We were first time home buyers and wanted to close escrow before our wedding. Bob and his team educated us on the short sale process, gave us lots of options so we could decide what was best for us, and really fought on our behalf. Short sales can be so difficult but Bob told us, "If that's the house you want, that's the house I'm going to get you." And he did.... at the price we wanted! It was the only home we put an offer in on, and now it's ours!

Bob and his group just closed sale of my first property. As usual, they provide an honest, timely, painless process with excellent response time and availability.
