Echoing another reviewer's comment that speed is this doctor's main priority. The entire visit was rushed through, and ended with the doctor talking to me through a wall about next steps on his way out. My biggest issue, however, was with the receptionists. Wow - such attitude. Zero warmth. I left feeling heavy and burdensome to have ever stepped into the office. Though I can say that I do trust in the doctor's smarts and skills - his exam and cleaning felt thorough - this experience (the energy, environment and staff) felt so icky that I will not be returning.

Switched to this dentist due to insurance changes and was very pleased with Dr. Rhee. My son and I both had appointments and had great exams and cleanings. He was very kind, knowledgeable and and honest. No pressure with sales talk and appreciated his conservative approach. Very thorough and comfortable cleaning. Happy to have found this practice. Friendly and efficient staff.

The receptionist was so unprofessional and dismissive, that on our first call in to make appointments for our entire family, I refused to continue. Really unbelievable to be honest, and unfortunate. If having curt and annoyed staff as a receptionist is acceptable, then I will not have my family's health in their hands.
Hopefully she was having a bad day, and that is not the norm. But either way I have changed my dental office and let our insurance carrier know why as well. The entire office should be held to the highest standard of courtesy and professionalism, especially when dealing

My daughter went to Dr. Rhee for routine cleaning. After the cleaning, she told the Dr. that she believed her wisdom teeth were coming out. He took some X-rays only after she mentioned this. He then booked an appointment for the extraction. She asked if he could extract all three teeth at once, and put her under, so she wouldn't feel anything. He said he had to do them individually; She had the worst experience of her life. From the moment she arrived at the office, the front receptionist was not friendly or courteous. She was the sent to the back, and the procedure began and ended within

My husband and I just got our routine teeth cleaning done here, and I'm not thrilled. They scheduled our appointments to start at the same time, but since there was only one person cleaning teeth my husband's appointment started 40 minutes after his schedule start time.
Also, I thought the cleaning and flossing were more painful that

I have had terrible experience with receptionist here. I had to call 3 times to find out their office. I may have terrible nature GPS in me, but still receptionist was not kind enough to help customer.
Also receptionist Teresa was horrible.
She screened me to schedule to show my suspected cavity. It was odd. why receptionist screened customer?

This first review is to comment on how polite and efficient the receptionist was when I called to become a patient of Dr. Rhee. I was given ample time on my upcoming first visit with consideration of me explaining that I usually only need a cleaning, but it's been a few years and yet I floss daily. I want a dentist that gets down to business.

I had not been to the dentist is at least 5+ years. After gently admonishing me for being so foolish (he knew that I'd had coverage) he proceeded to map out a plan to resolve the issues. This meant several visits to replace fillings, crown etc. His office was always quiet, pleasant. I only had to wait once. He was gentle, very efficient, and over the course of several visits, he warmed up and kidded me about playing Candy Crush while in the chair. I never experienced any pain with any of the procedures and he was always very gentle with exam, fitting of a crown, or obtaining the mould

Had a really traumatic experience with this guy. It is immediately apparent when you have an appointment with him that speed is his number one priority. I actually had a small panic moment when he was about to drill my teeth because I felt so uncomfortable with him. He began the cavity filling appointment by without warning sticking his needle in my gums before I even sat down. This set the tone for the rest of the experience which was probably the worst I have ever had with any dentist.
The only reason I gave him two stars and not none is because he does a good job.

I've just changed to Dr. Rhee for all my family dental needs. He is a caring dentist with a broad scope of services at a fair price. I've had periodontal problems for much of my adult life, so I am going to see him more frequently than I would like (4 times per year). Fortunately, he and his very pleasant staff make this a tolerable schedule. Parking can be a bit hectic, so I try to make my appointments early in the day.

Dr. Rhee is a skilled and honest dentist. He was very careful and thorough with his diagnosis and was able to identify a cavity another dentist missed. He is straightforward with his explanations and quick with his probing. He is also good with keeping the pain to a minimum. I've got terrible gums and am a seasoned dental patient. He's one of the best I've had.
