Services
Keystone Therapy Group was founded to provide support and guidance to clients who are struggling to be who they want to be. We believe that symptoms of anxiety, depression, stress, etc. occur as a symptom of an individual experiencing thoughts or behaviors which are in conflict with who the individual wants to be.
Individual counseling allows a client to meet one-on-one with a therapist to work towards growth and change in the client's thoughts and/or behaviors. At Keystone, we believe that personal change is a difficult yet worthwhile process. We work collaboratively with clients to establish goals in therapy.
Our current out-of-pocket rates vary depending on level of therapist (see below). We offer a sliding scale as needed when working with resident therapists, and a discounted rate when working with counseling student interns. See below for our fees and insurances. Clients are responsible for payments at the time of services.
All new clients have the ability to create an account with our client portal to access forms digitally. Clients will be invited to access the client portal by their therapist via email, or clients can access the portal here. Telehealth Services Informed Consent - required for all clients using telehealth services.
Keystone Therapy Group offers clinical supervision for both Virginia Residents in Counseling and Counseling Students (practicum and internship placements). Clinical Supervision is offered to Virginia Residents in Counseling, and only begin to accrue once approved by the Board. Individual supervision is prioritized to residents who work for Keystone.
