Lived here for a year so far. Definitely has been the best place I’ve leased from. I think maintenance staff is phenomenal and quickly remedy things. Every place will have things happen, so it’s nice to know if a problem arises in our home that it will be quickly remedied. Lease Office staff is just as great. Kevin, Chris & Gaelyn are extremely friendly and genuine, (plus handle my occasional frustrations) quite well. Lol. Couldn’t ask for a more accommodating, peaceful place for families & pets.especially in these outrageous times! Glad I settled on this place for my daughter & I!

Livid. Staff was not up front about damage (smell) in the apartment. My husband and I have tried every home remedy possible to remove the strong odor. We had the ceiling repainted waste of time, carpets cleaned twice, and an odor “bomb” can spray 2hr process to remove the smell. They were not honest when placing us in this unit. We have tried to be understanding about this and they have offered some ideas but I don’t understand how it’s legal for them to knowingly place people in these circumstances and feel ok about it. ALL of our belongings are now damaged due to their negligence and

The specific apartment style was not what we got and were told the layout plans were only an example. Our floor plan showed a large walk in master room closet and a large master bedroom. Instead, we had only one small closet and a small bedroom. In all, our apartment was about 20 square feet smaller than the floor plan advertised.
The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation. There is no privacy and no respect for "quiet hours," especially with dogs.

I lived here for 7 and a half years and I had a great experience! They would remember your birthday if you let them know, the Maintenance was awesome and kind! It was such an awesome place! Pool was open year round and it was amazing! The playground was so amusing for all the children to play. There is not better place than Hampshire Green. I love you guys so much. Thank you so much for making this place and enjoyable place. You make this place the perfect home!

We lived here for a year and recently moved out. The grounds and hot tub are fantastic, and we loved the layout of the apartment. There are a bunch of delivery options and it's right next to the highway. I wish our rent was a little lower but the apartments are extremely nice and spacious! The staff were friendly and very helpful our entire stay, and this is the only apartment we have had in new Hampshire that did not try pulling a fast one to keep our security deposit. I would honestly move back here if we did not move away to another state, and I may move back in the future.

Everything about this place was spectacular! Management is so helpful and quick to respond, not to mention everyone is friendly. The area is safe, quiet, and kept very tidy. Also, how can you beat a year round pool and hot tub? I recommend this complex to anyone looking. You truly feel at home here.

We have been living here over a year and I must say the staff is so easy going. The unit is a good size for a two bedroom and we have only had a few very minor issues that were taken care of immediately the next day following an email request. All the neighbors are so nice and quiet. We'll be here for a long time coming. No complaints here.

We have lived here for almost 5 months now and we love it! We are a family of 4, with two very young children and the amenities are wonderful for kids all the way up to adults! We have a lot of fun in the pool use the fitness center often. The playground is great for our daughter, and someday our son (when he's old enough)--we just wish they had swings. The entire staff has been more than helpful and on top of this property. Since we've lived here they've done many updates to the property. Their is a wide arrangement of floor plans, the apartments are clean and freshly painted with new carpet upon
