If you chose not to wear one or forgot one, we can provide you full curbside service, discuss treatment plans from your car or over the phone, and can take payment over the phone as well.

Veterinary services include consultations, vaccinations, surgery, preventive care, junior and senior pet wellness care, boarding, grooming, dental, laparoscopic and endoscopic surgical procedures.

Please note: For comfort and safety reasons, your dog must be able to stand straight and turn around fully in the cage without difficulty. Tours are available to help you choose an appropriate size. Here at Cadence Hospital, our staff is committed to the care and well-being of all pets staying with us.
Our exam fee is $57. Please call 702-485-5200 to discuss prices for additional services with one of our customer service representatives. Debit or Credit with a Visa or MasterCard Logo, cash, check* (with a valid form of ID and Social Security number). Pet insurance reimburses the owner after the pet has received care and the owner submits a claim to the insurance company.

First time client and very pleased. Pet needed to be seen as soon as possible and they got her in within hours. Not an emergency but needed to be examined. Everyone professional and nice as well. Vet was very knowledgeable and explained everything so I could understand. A plus too is they have weekend hours!!!

I am  happy to see real and honest reviews coming in. I chose to go here based on nothing but 5 star reviews which I am positive were made by friends of staff or people they paid. We adopted a small dog from Henderson rescue. We were told his left eye had an ulcer that would heal but it never seemed to get better. Searched yelp for vet and this one was rated perfect. We made the appointment and went in. We saw a lady who claimed to be a vet. I don't think she is. She asked me to hand her our little dog and I went to and she just jumped back. Recently, my wife and I had to put our senior Lhasa apso down. The staff showed so much compassion that when we eventually decided to adopt 2 golden retrievers, we took them to Dr.Brown for their puppy shots. Once again, we were treated with kindness. When it was time for our girls to go to the back room, staff took their time with us. We had a few questions since it had been over 20 years since we've had puppies in the house. While the staff seems friendly and accommodating, I feel like no one actually knows anything. They like to run up massive bills without actually figuring anything out. Thanks. $1,000 down the drain and my pet still doesn't feel well.

This is for management of the clinic, not for the vets. The clinic has quickly become poorly managed, with constant emergencies that they prioritize and poor quality service. I used to be able to get quick appointments and feel comfy with what they were doing. On two occasions I've been put on hold 15 minutes for simple questions with no answers. After showing up for a scheduled appointment they asked me to drop off my symptomatic cat due to another emergency and "maybe they'd see her in the next 2.5 hours before close" or I could wait, at which point she wouldn't see the

We took our beautiful Tessi to the hospital. Unfortunately she was unable to come home with us. She went to a better place with no more pain. This hospitals staff was amazing and so caring. I would suggest that if anyone needs a hospital for their fur babies this would be the place to go.

Our first experience with Cadence Animal hospital was when we had to out our beloved cat to sleep after 18 years. They were professional, knowledgeable, empathetic, and kind - under very difficult circumstances for us. Since then, we have received nothing but professional responsive care along with very clear explanations on potential diagnoses and costs of care for our 3 dogs. The vet even called us personally to follow up on one of our dogs and the medication she subscribed. Very happy with this place!

Took my cat here for a wellness check as his ears were getting full of cerumen. Every one here was very pleasant and gentle with my cat. The vet thoroughly explained a treatment plan for my cat and didn't push me into it right away. This is right by where I live and will be bringing my other cat and dog here as well. Definitely recommend for you pets health and needs.

I would like to start out by saying that I've had other pets in the past. This is NOT my first rodeo. I've recently moved to the area, about 2 years ago now. I even more recently just gotten my new guy, a 6 month old English Bulldog. And of course, I wanted to get him health checked and all of his shots up to date.

Really liked going here at first but lately they've been pushing unnecessary tests and not giving refills of medication. Also bad at listening to owners.

I'm sure the vets want what's best but pushing owners to do stuff is not the way. The vet techs were nice though and so were the front reception. They were also very helpful.

Time to find a new vet. Good luck to others.

On Saturday I took my 16 year old cat to Cadence without an appointment, they were super busy, no with open appointments! After telling my story how he fell between our bed and nightstand caught his hind leg and was in severe pain and unable to walk they took him back immediately. While I waited at the appointment desk (no open rooms) they brought me paperwork for review re: X-rays and sedition with cost for approval. We were terrified what news would come next.
Dr. Brown spoke with us as we viewed the images, she then sent the images to be read by 2 different specialist- just to be sure.

I don't like writing negative reviews but I am utterly upset at the service I received here.

I decided to visit this clinic since it's half a mile from my home. My 9 week old kitten began sneezing and I was anticipating the diagnosis of FHV.

2:46pm arrived
2:55pm checked into exam room
2:59pm took my kitten from the exam room (this made me very uncomfortable) I've had pets all my life and have not encountered a vet that takes your pet away for the exam.

3:57 Im still here. Sitting in the exam room, waiting by for them to bring back my kitten. I finally ask the receptionist

Worst place ever!!! They take your animal back snd leave them in a cage while they do whatever they do for an hour before they finally bring them back! Worst customer service, they tell you they are going to check on them and then never come back. Even when you have an appointment you are there more then 2-3 hours while you animal is probably traumatized in the back waiting to be brung back to you! I will never bring my animals back here.

I can't say enough about this animal hospital! We are new to the neighborhood and our vet wouldn't allow us in with my 19 year old family dog when it was time to say goodbye. We brought him here and the hospital, Dr's and staff were just amazing doing such a hard time. They have great availability, they were compassionate and sweet. Then they sent us a card for losing our pup. I was in tears when I got the card in the mail. As a new transplant from Florida I was looking for a new vet.
I am also a retired veterinary technician of almost 20 years so I'm familiar with the way things are " supposed " to be.
My hubby and I been there 3 times now and each and every time....they take our dog out of the exam room to do their " exam " .
This was a big NoNo at our clinic ...you never remove a pet unless it's uncooperative and you'll need more hands on deck, need X-rays etc, etc
We have literally spend less than 3 minutes with the vet each time we went .

I'm so thankful for Cadence Animal Hospital. My cat had not been acting normal and it was a Sunday and luckily this hospital was open and they took walk ins so I rushed him in. He had a 105 fever so they recommended him being hospitalized and tested since he had been not quite himself for a few days. They took such good care of him and the Dr. even called me with updates. He came home the next day and was doing better but then started to decline again. Sure enough he was running a fever again do they decided to do more IVs at no extra cost. That evening his fever broke and it never came back

We made an appointment to have my pets mails trimmed with a bath. 4.5 hours later we called to find out when he would be ready. We were left on hold for 30 minutes. We decided to just get in the car and come get him.

At the facility I stood in line for another 30 minutes to get in and get my pet. I'm still waiting. There has been no movement. I got a call while outside that my pet would not be ready until 5:30. 5.5 hours after his appointment. 5.5 hours in a cage. Unbelievable. Why make appointments? We will be looking fir a new vet. If I ever get my dog back.

OFFICE STAFF: Rude, dismissive, unprofessional too young to actually take what they do seriously, I've called in many times and each time they leave me on hold and seem confused when they get back on the line almost like they forgot someone was there.

VETS: The vets here seem really brand new in the industry, I've only had one vet that I really like and it was the ethnic vet, she was really nice but all the others seem really confused and inexperienced IMO I don't really trust their answers.

PROBLEMS: Because of the young dismissive staff it's hard to speak to anyone who

This review is based solely on my recent visit, as past visits at this location have been good.

I recently brought in my miniature schnauzer to get a lump on her neck exam'd. The vet that came to do the assessment was very nice. After glancing at the bump, she let me know that she could take her to the back to have her and another vet examine the bump for $130.

After returning back a few minutes later, she let me know that each vet had their own opinion of what they think it is so they couldn't give me a definite answer of what it was. Therefore, if I wanted to get the lump examined
