Unbelievable experience. I shopped around to 8 other printing companies in Chicago and Aloha was by far the most responsive and helpful to work with. I worked directly with Adrian and he made sure I received exactly what I needed for my custom stickers. The price was great too! Scott helped me finalize the order. Our company will use them going forward for all of our printing needs!

As an attorney, you need to have rock stars as part of your team to be successful. There is no greater rock star when it comes to printing than Aloha Printing. Exceptional customer service and delivery. Fast response.
I called Aloha and they were able to accommodate my multiple copies request on a blueprint the same day and available for pick up the same day.
I was expecting to pay $50 or more for my last minute request and cost only $25 bucks.
Definitely, will return to Aloha for future related services.

I needed some construction drawings printed (36x24"), and Aloha had printed the originals, so I emailed them yesterday evening. They responded in 5 minutes asking if I needed them that night! I said today was fine so they followed up this morning with pricing and a 2 hour turnaround. I sent over the PDFs and picked up the drawings at lunch time. A fast turnaround, responsive to questions, fair price, and done right. Awesome!

The Aloha staff is amazing. I use them all the time with many different types of print jobs and I can ALWAYS count on them. They call if me if they have any issues with my artwork before printing and they have even caught an error or two on my end. Patrick is our account rep. and even though I probably drive him nuts sometimes he is always courteous and wanting to help. They nail our quick turnarounds every time, they continue to impress me and they make my life a lot less stressful.

Sadly, I need to downgrade my review. We've had several recent problems with Aloha being late with orders, doing things incorrectly, and in one very time-sensitive case, making up instructions - I gave them a packet and accompanying CD to copy, which they've done for me in the past, and someone wrote down "do not copy CD". This was for a seminar and when I got the packets back with no CDs, I begged them to copy the CDs as soon as possible.
The delivered the CDs to us the day after the seminar was over. Then they charged us anyway.
