I was in a pinch for getting a banner printed for a conference and these guys were amazing! They were super nice, responsive and communicative. They turned the job around overnight and delivered early in the morning the next day, despite me calling the order in just before they were closing. They totally saved me!

Concorde printed a rush job for my organization. Within an hour of contacting them via email we had the job in production. They even delivered to our event by about noon of the same day. Kim was very pleasant to work with and we will definitely use them again next time we're in Chicago.

We use Concorde Printing every year for a Chicago conference (for booklets, foam-mounted signage, and various documents), and they do excellent work. Our needs can be pretty complex, and we often have a lot of last-minute changes, but they always get us what we need in a timely manner and stay organized and on top of everything, communicating the whole way. I'm so happy we have a printer in Chicago we can rely on.

So I usually get presentation decks printed at The UPS Store. I was never really happy with the quality but just kept using them because of the convenience factor (they are close to where I live). Well this week I decided to stop being lazy and hunted for an alternative. I found Concorde Printing online and realized that they could help me (I have used them in the past for regular print job runs but never for small runs like a presentation deck). I contacted them online and they got back to me right away and walked me thru my options and provided me with quotes. I just got the finished decks

Concorde saved my business trip when my marketing materials were lost in transit between San Diego and Chicago. They weren't able to reprint everything I needed in time, but they referred me to someone who could and even called ahead to make sure the other shop stayed open to help. I am so incredibly grateful for the services that my fiancé and I received from Concorde Printing & Copying. I had to rush print my wedding materials and contacted the company via phone. I was immediately assisted by their friendly staff and was able to submit my materials online for printing. I was a bit picky about the paper I wanted it printed on and was clueless about what types of paper are even out there! I was invited to come in and was shown samples of paper that the information could be printed on. I selected the paper and within 24 hours, I received an email that my order needed

Concorde Printing is running a fantastic operation and I would recommend them to every business of any size to them. We were looking to do a mailer to approximately 40,000 people across the country and this was our first time. Everyone at Concorde from Steve, our initial sales rep, to the owner Dom offered guidance the entire way. They were willing to put in the extra work to make sure we fit all postal regulations and that our mailer went out in a timely fashion. Every single interaction was very pleasant across the board and we look forward to working with them again in the near future.

I needed some business cards printed urgently and came in on a friday. The guys expedited the order so I could pick it up the same day.
When a client pulled me into a last minute meeting, I was unable to pick up the cards and Concorde is closed on Saturday and Sundays.
Despite this, Steve hand delivered them to my hotel lobby at a time that worked for me and processed my payment on site.
The cards look fantastic and the price was good as well. I'm a returning customer as well and will continue to give them business.

Don't go here. We had a simple print job and gave them ample notice and clear instructions. They never followed up with us. When we followed up with them, they told us the job will not be done as we planned. Then, they just lied to us that we didn't give them enough time or tell them when the job needed to be done.
Finally, when they gave us the product, they did it all wrong. We had to go and spend our own money to re-print everything ourselves.
Customer service is poor. Job quality poor. Don't use them.

Being in the advertising agency business, having a team of printers and miracle workers on your side is essential to getting the job done. Go anywhere else. Really. Do yourself a favor. Lots of nice reviews here, but based on my experience think they're written by the staff.
Had a very simple print job -- 10 photos, custom cut to Ikea frame specs.
First of all, they made it really complicated with multiple phone calls and e-mails. Which means it's five or six biz days later until they're ready.
Except when I get there, guy says 'Oh, I had you down for tomorrow' (no apologies, just a flat out lie).Tells me to come back in 15 mins. I do, turns

Concorde to the rescue!!
Last week I walked into Concorde after a botched printing job on some envelopes I needed for a personal event.
I desperately (and immediately) needed the job redone and Steve was so nice and accommodating. They made my job a priority and he called me throughout the day with updates on my order. Soon thereafter they were ready for pickup!
One of the nicest things is that looking at the bigger picture I realize that my small envelope project was probably peanuts to them but I would've never known it by the service I received. :)

I'm from NY - and was traveling to Chicago for a trade show. My printer dropped the ball printing my catalogs and flyers. Without the flyers - we would have nothing to give to potential customers at the show. It was an ugly (and stressful) situation.

I've used Concorde for the last 10 years. They are now GREEN Chicago Printers -- printing on recycled paper with vegetable based inks on exhaust free presses and claim Bike Messengers as another Greenie. Well that's all good but the best way I know to be "Green" is to print the job correctly in the first place so you don't fill up the landfills. They do a good job. The pre-press dept is especially talented.
