Ideal candidate will have 3+ years related digital printing working experience, familiar with digital printing equipment as well as finishing devices (cutter, folder, creaser etc.), proficient with Adobe Creative and Microsoft Office suites, available to work late and weekends. Job will require medium level craftsman skills.

The best print place: they were so patient, extremely attentive, and paid attention to even very minute details. They explained about every single step to make sure the work comes out perfectly. They made very helpful suggestions which made out our job so much easier. They did care for the prints to come out exactly as we expected them to be. We were so impressed by and grateful for their attentive work!!

Indigo is a digital print center. After using a few other printers, Indigo is the only place I will use to fulfill my print needs. They are upfront and honest about their abilities and if they can't do what you need they'll let you know. Their main concern is that their customers get exactly what they need, even if it isn't with them. I have tremendous respect for the shop runners and their staff.

I am so impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism. I have used them for several last minute projects and they have always delivered. Prices and very reasonable and quick turnaround. Emails were answered promptly. They even did a great job on a last minute obituaries. Thank you again for an excellent job!

Great service and great work! Sent them an email of several flyers that I want printed and they were happy to help. They are very quick too. My flyers were ready for pickup the next day! I believe they also ship but it was not necessary for me especially since I need them ASAP. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend.

I do not usually leave reviews but this place well deserves it and I would give them 10 stars if I could! In Chicago for a trade show at the McCormick Convention Center my collateral materials ordered at an online printing place did not arrive on time so I was in desperate need for replacements. Responsive, professional, knowledgeable and friendly customer service, great final product, very fast turnaround at a very competitive price compared to other places nearby (especially FedEx Office / Kinko’s inside McCormick Place, which is also assessing “convention center fees”)

These are some good people! I had some printing I needed to get done, and I have no experience with printing. I emailed them on Saturday morning, they got back to me that same morning. We went back and forth a bit on sizes, papers, matte/gloss, pricing, and picked up my order today (Monday)! The general manager even got back to me on a Sunday.
Pick up was very easy. Greeted by two individuals and a dog. They were all very friendly, gave me more ideas about framing, and were such nice people. I had them print a 12x18 and 13x19 image - they were $2 each... you read that right... $2 each

I've tried multiple printing services in the city and so far Indigo beats everyone in quality, cost, and promptness - making it my new go to printing stop for marketing materials.
They were extremely helpful in regards to technical specs and delightfully answered all my questions and left feedback for improving designs for their print appearance. This makes this service very safe in regards to error on the designers part.
There was some small, subtle inaccuracy in color but that is to be expected from local printing services. They did great on every trim and cut. They always finish printing

The owner was exceptionally professional. That was a huge bonus, but, even that being said, it's the quality of the work itself that was beyond exceptional.
The service I received was prompt, professional, and perfect.
My expense was a little on the top shelf side, it was pricy, but the quality was great! In the end, you get what you pay for. My prints were crisp, vibrant, and alive. I was elated with the work.
I recommend Indigo, and I will be back for my future printing needs.

I love Indigo! I was able to print my greeting cards for a client here, and they turned out beautifully. As much as I loved my Kinko's buddies, the quality of service and printing here is enough to keep me coming back for all my printing needs.

I've been coming here for the last 2 or 3 years now, and while earlier in my time spent with them I was not as impressed with certain employees, I can say the owners and current staff have maintained impeccable customer service! They are fast, servicing orders (headshots specifically) within an hour of being placed, and any time I have ever had an issue with the coloring or cutting they are quick to both provide information on why it turned out as such and they instantly redo the order. I've printed a couple of things from them and the prints were quick and affordable. The way it works at Indigo is that you have to email them in order to get a quote and place an order. Normally this is pretty convenient but I had a less than stellar experience when I went to the actual store. I had already emailed and given a price quote with regular copy paper. However I had wanted the prints to match a specific type of paper/color so I went to the physical store.

Why would you go to a big box store like Staples or Office Max when you could get outstanding service, a great price, and quality work from a local business.

I happen to stumble upon this place via a Google search. There were so many positive reviews which encouraged me to try this place out. After searching for the perfect place to print, I finally found it! I used to go to Staples, Office Depot, or my school's cage and after spending hundreds of dollars on prints that I was never satisfied with and the worst costumer service, I decided to give this place a try.
