It's about more than the workout. Inside our house, sweat is poured, stress is melted, friendships are formed, confidence is built. We like it hot. We like it dark. We like to work hard. And we like to be non-judgmental. We want you to feel stronger and like the best version of yourself. Turning off the lights encourages you to focus on just you, your form, your heartbeat, your muscles, and your movement.
We've carefully crafted every offering so that you have absolutely everything you need all under one roof. Our staff will greet you and give you a tour of the studio. Your instructor will get you set up and you'll settle into the heat a few minutes before class starts. We're not afraid to get loud and make some noise.

Services
We need good, strong leaders with a vibe that commands attention and the ability to move, motivate and inspire. Our family is growing. We're looking for high-energy instructors to grow with us. Here's the catch. Greet our members with a smile, show them around, check them in for class, and so much more.

Attended a free intro hot yoga class. The instructors and the staff were all very nice and the amenities (mats, towels, frozen towel provided at end of class) were all great but the class was far too crowded. Maybe it was because we went on a Saturday, but even with the lines drawn on the floor for where to lay down the mats there was just not enough space. There were multiple times during the flow I felt confined in my movements because of fear I’d hit somebody or that somebody would hit me, which very nearly happened when the guy in front rolled back and nearly kicked me in the face during

When I signed up for the package I was told it did not expire and I could bring who ever I wanted with me on my package. NOT TRUE! I just called Melt because my package expired and the owners wife (very rudely) told me I could not bring my daughter because I didn't give them her name on the original sign up date. She was very unprofessional. I paid for the classes and should be able to use the classes as I was originally told. The sad thing is, if she would have been accommodating to the customer I probably would have bought another package LOL...just terrible

The staff was nice enough on my first visit so I bought a 10 class pass. In subsequent visits the staff was rude. I don’t feel comfortable or welcome at the facility. The bigger issue is that the class descriptions don’t indicate equipment that you need to bring to the class. I was going to attend Melt Lift, a weight lifting class, but didn’t bring a mat so I couldn’t take the class. The class description doesn’t say to bring a mat. I can’t waste my time with a place like this one when I belong to several other good gyms. I’ve requested a refund of my remaining class passes.

I just had my third baby two months ago and was looking for various avenues to help with my postpartum body. Although I was so nervous- because I have never “really” done yoga or barre- this place has been AMAZING! The instructors are encouraging, and push you. The staff has been so nice and helpful. The atmosphere is absolutely relaxing (dark lighting, candles, cool music). I also really like that they offer various classes throughout the day which can work with your schedule as you need.
I’m hooked! I feel like each class I take I get a little stronger and I feel so proud of myself after

EXCELLENT with only ONE exception - their no show policy during the pandemic. In an empty class if you do not provide 12 hour Cancellation notice you get charged $10 fee (forget traffic, work, etc..) This would ABSOLUTELY make sense if the class is full and you do not show up. It makes ZERO sense to be charged when the class is half empty. The entire goal is to make sure the most members can attend the reduced class sizes during the pandemic restrictions.
