Juana - I just wanted to share with you some of my thoughts this home stretch of our 8 week challenge. Let me start by saying "thank you".

Thank you for being so motivating and for believing in me; thank you for being so honest and transparent with your own struggles; thank you for sharing your successes - both big ones and small ones; thank you for giving me a kick in the booty when I needed it and for being proud of me when I achieve an accomplishment.
I am a fitness fanatic, wife, mother of 4 & studio owner! I have spent the past 20+ years in Corporate America managing both large & small groups. I have obtained my Bachelor's Degree in Business Management-summa cum laude and an Associate's Degree in Business with Honors.

I also hold several certifications including but not limited to, Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, Boot Camp Fitness Instructor, Kettlebell, Tabata, H.I.I.T., Zumba and more!I have always had a passion for fitness and have been blessed to live my dream as a motivator, mentor and leader in the fitness industry.

The plank exercise is highly ranked and is a great way to build endurance in both the abs and back, as well as the stabilizer muscles. Body By Juana is an amazing place to exercise, get in shape, be healthy, etc and feel loved and supported while doing what you want. I love that it is a small studio where everyone is a realistic size and body shape and the owner and all the trainers are real people with day jobs (not buff sports jocks obsessed only with their bodies).
I love to go to Saturday morning classes where there are only two or three other people, get a great workout and never feel self-conscious. I love that I can ask for personal training, do a variety of types of exercise whenever it's convenient, and I just pay for

I bought a groupon from this gym with the schedule saying they have boot camps frequently . After purchasing it I discovered they do not . I went to the morning classes they offered looking to burn a good amount of calories I mean I don't get up at 5 am for a light workout . What I ended up with was a beginners workout class . The music didn't work and the instructor left a lot to be desired . I was never asked my name or welcomed by the owner of the gym who was instructing the class. If your looking for an intense workout studio this is not for u . Beginners only .

BodybyJuana (BBJ) has it all! Personal yet Professional! As a client that has tried every class BBJ offers and currently down 46 pounds in less than a year I can honestly tell you about each class! The boot camp classes are awesome! 45 minutes of everything I need to help me meet my weight lose goals! Excellent workouts, great music, and loving people that are like family! The trainers are there with you every step of the way to help and encourage you. The Zumba classes are available in a variety of levels, no matter if you are a beginner or advanced, injured or elderly, or like me and have two
