Tom is the president and owner of the appraisal firm Thomas P. Mahony Real Estate Appraiser, Inc. established in 1993. He started his appraisal career in 1983 and branched out to start his own firm a decade later.
As a past reward recipient of the "Affiliate of the Year" from the Salem Association of Realtors, Tom has over 30 years of work experience involving real estate and home construction while performing appraisal work for FHA, VA and numerous lenders during that time.A graduate of Gervais High School, Tom currently holds a Certified Residential Appraisal License from the State of Oregon.
