Hello we are Brandon and Kayla Crusha. We grew up going to church together in Union City, Oklahoma. After High School we were apart from when Brandon left for the Marines in 2004 until 2013 when Brandon was medically retired after 9yrs of faithful service. I, Brandon, served 2 tours in AR Ramadi Iraq with 3rd Battalion 7th Marine Regiment Kilo Company 2nd platoon.

I can't give them a poor or a great rating because there was no option to wait for your vehicle.
I was planning on waiting even if it meant up to 2 hours but when I suggested I'd wait, the person at the desk said it would be longer and to drop off my truck would be a 30+ minute drive I had to cancel.
I woke up at 6am so that I could get my truck there at 7 and really wanted to give Brotherhood garage a try.
I really hope they can figure out the scheduling issues!

My car started scraping when braking, as it does when the brake pads need to be replaced. I took it in to Brotherhood based on all of the great reviews. I asked to have everything looked over, since my car hadn’t been worked on in a long time, and I didn’t mind leaving it for a few days if needed.
The turnaround was very fast, and I was asked to pick up the car the same day as when I dropped it off. I was surprised, but figured they just were just good at getting things done quickly. I was told that the brakes were fine, and that the noise was harmless and likely just caused by the changing

I needed a reliable mechanic to inspect a car I was thinking about buying. They did a thorough look over and allowed my husband to video tape it, while I was at work so I could see what was found and discussed. They recommended that I not buy the car and pointed out all the reasons why. Had the work not still been covered under the manufacturer's warranty, they would have saved me from a very costly mistake.

They were very professional I dropped my car off at 9:30 and was told it would be done between 4-4:30. Amazingly I got a text and hour and a half later that my car was done it was great! They even leave cookies in your car for you as a thank you! I will definitely be back!

They had my vehicle for over 2 weeks and hadn't fixed any of the things they had promised, when I called they continued to claim it was bc they were waiting for parts. Promised it on a Friday after 2 weeks and finally the next Thursday (3 weeks in shop) I get it back and my issue is still not working. Check engine light came back on 24 hours after pick up and $1,800 spent. Disappointed and frustrated. Oh and so you can't claim my name isn't in the system we have a 2014 Chevy Traverse, Thomas dropped off.

I called on Tuesday to make an appointment for the following Monday. Two reasons ... my hubs had Monday and Tuesday off and it allowed the garage time to order parts listed based on their own estimates. The receptionist assured me they would not order the parts early, even though I requested this be done.

I have been to this veteran friendly business a couple of times for routine maintenance and they have always been great. Checking in is quick and the staff is always welcoming, and the shop gets you in and out as quickly and safely as possible. While waiting on your vehicle, if you choose to wait there, the waiting area is quite big and comfortable. If you want to leave but need a ride, they have a shuttle driver that can take you home or to work etc. If you are dropping off and coming they will even direct you to a great place to grab breakfast/lunch. I couldn’t be happier with the service at Brotherhood. The staff was professional and very welcoming. They have a nice waiting area with several types of drinks. They even offer you a ride home while you’re waiting. Brotherhood asked me if I was a veteran and offered a complimentary service for the oil change. This is something they do consistently. I can’t say enough about the respectful and professional atmosphere of Brotherhood. I will be returning on a consistent basis. Thank you Brotherhood!
