As dreams grew big, the first lillieAnn's was established and operated out of 2251 S. Michigan Ave, Ste 220, in the South Loop of Chicago. Since then, we have been known for our excellence and dedication to providing the best Chicago therapeutic massage spa and skin care at our current location here in the West Loop of Chicago.
For this year's award, lillieAnn's in the only spa massage establishment which was featured by the Chicago Magazine. Our business philosophy is simple. We focus ourselves to keep our clients happy and at the same time, we try our best to keep our employees happy. We truly listen to our employees' suggestions and our goal is to establish a "great team."
For the first 4 years, she was servicing her clients at home or made visits to their home. Then, lillie realized that individual needs are completely different and can not be accommodate by just one of the massage spa categories such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Trigger Point, etc. Also, the names of those techniques were very confusing to a normal person.

Lillieann's is the best massage therapy spa! The owner, Lillie, is an incredibly warm and gracious person and talented massage therapist and hires other excellent massage therapists. There is low employee turn-over here, so you know people are treated well and you can count on a great massage every time you visit.

LillieAnne's is a very calm, serene, and quiet spa with street parking available. Very professional, zen-like, and clean. Excellent customer service over the phone and in person with questions you may have concerning services they provide. Rooms are comfortable and relaxing. I was treated respectfully and welcomed warmly. I enjoyed every minute of my massage! A quiet gem tucked away in the west loop 😌

Had my first massage at LillieAnn's yesterday and I'm still day dreaming about the experience. The spa is impeccably clean and perfectly quiet and serene. I was in need of some work on my back and shoulders as my job really does it's own job on these parts of my body. My massage therapist, Valerie asked what on my body needed the most work then worked some serious magic. This was the best massage I've ever received and I will no doubt be back at LillieAnn's for more.

Friendly, personal, calm atmosphere. Massage got started late but they honored the full hour anyway. They listen and tailor the massage to you making this one of the best massage experiences I’ve had. Glad I found this place! Thank you!
Edited: Still 5 stars. I’ve have many massages since I first posted this review a year ago with several therapists and they have all been great. One of my favorite therapists is Valarie, (I debated telling you about her!), but she really knows her anatomy and always finds tense spots I didn’t know I had. Anyone looking for a masseuse needs to check them out

This place has been my sanctuary to get away from the outside world and enjoy total relaxation. Whether it's for 60 minutes or 90 minutes, this will always be my number one choice for a massage. Great waiting lobby, excellent therapists, customer service is fluent and the overall setting in the rooms is heavenly. I have been going here for 2 years and will continue to go. Lillie is always present and is easy to talk to for any suggestions or concerns.

My mother treated several family members to a massage at this spa. We went the Sunday before Christmas about 1pm. This was perfect since parking,which is usually a problem, was not. The massage therapists were so kind,professional and knowledgeable. The atmosphere is beautiful,calm and inviting. They did not over book or over lap appointments so the only people there were people with current appointments. We do not live near LillieAnns so it is a bit of a trek for me but I would come back on a Sunday when there is light traffic coming from the south Suburbs and open parking.
