Ang's Sushi Bistro

Tonight was our first time at angs sushi, sushi rolls, hibachi, soups, gyoza, all delicious. Lady waiting tables was so rude we won't be back. Not even for takeout. Sushi chef was so friendly and Sushi was not only fresh and delicious but beautiful. Wish service would've been better. Prices are ok too. We spent about $60 for 2 of us.

The restaurant was absolutely gorgeous. I loved the interior design, it made it seem so fancy. Perfect for an inexpensive date night. There were very few people there for a Saturday afternoon, but it was lovely being in such a quiet restaurant while we enjoyed our dinner. Our waitress was so attentive at first. LUNCH SPECIAL- SHRIMP HIBACHI, W/ SIDE SALAD, 1 SPRING ROLL, 3 CALIFORNIA ROLLS & RICE...happend to see this place a few times and decided to try it. So glad I did. They have "great" reasonably priced lunch specials. I ordered the shrimp hibachi but you can choose salmon, steak or chicken. I appreciate everything being freshly cooked compared to other places. I also like the oil they cook it in. I had a side salad & absolutely LOVE the dressing that came with it but you can choose soup. Great place, great price. Only reason i gave it a 4 star instead of a 5 was because I'm not a fan of the way they prepare their spicy tuna, it tasted more like the mayo than anything else. I normally love a spicy tuna roll, so that was a big enough thing for me to take a star. But everything else I've had was delicious

You losers mistreated my son’s family and you will regret your lack of dining professionalism. Horrible customer service & attitude. This business is doomed to fail.

I generally love all you can eat sushi! This place looked promising! We came with our kids and from the second we walked in, the sushi chef(s) were staring at us like we were unwelcome. We ordered a few rolls, one of which had fresh jalapeño in it. I started with that, and it was way too spicy for me, which was my mistake. I had a hard time eating any of the rest of my rolls. My kids were starting to get restless, so we asked for the check with food still on our plates.
The waitress asked us if we planned to take our sushi home, to which I said sure! She told me there would be an extra charge

I like it a lot. I normally eat sushi at the end of my work week every week and I think this place is good enough to add to my regular rotation of places I eat. I have a lot of praises to sing about it but I would ramble and really, you should just try it yourself

Best place to go to for all you can eat sushi rolls! Highly recommend, great experience every time I go! Definitely worth it. Presentation is great 🙂 will keep going back !

Did the all you can eat & loved it. The food is great. Staff was nice & made sure we knew to not over order prior to picking out rolls. The chef special roll was amazing - my personal favorite.
No complaints & will be coming back!

Great quality sashimi and everything else too! Some of the best I've had in Hampton Roads! Very friendly staff. Relaxed feel and welcoming. No push to get us out. We definitely took advantage of the all-you-can-eat special!

Food was okay. I ordered through Door Dash. Miso soup was hot and flavorful. The ginger dressing for the lettuce lacked flavor and did not taste like the typical ginger dressing I was expecting. The shrimp shumai appetizer was delicious as were the rock shrimp, however I didn't like the spicy mayo for the rock shrimp. The hibachi chicken & shrimp was okay; lacked spice, had the right amount of vegetables though. We ordered the spicy girl roll and it was okay. I may give this place another try in person.

My husband and I were in the area yesterday and stopped here for takeout for the first time. We ordered the Shrimp Tempura appetizer and the California roll dinner, which comes with 3 rolls (spicy, crunchy and regular), a cup of soup and a small salad. Everything was fresh and delicious! We most definitely will return!

Hands down, my favorite sushi restaurant in the 757! Get the salmon carpaccio as an appetizer. You'll thank me later. Also, if there is pineapple sake available, GET IT. They infuse it in the restaurant. Chef Ang is the BEST!

Best sushi in Chesapeake and debatably the Hampton roads area. Miso soup is the hallmark for gauging a Japanese restaurant and these guys do it right. The dashi and miso is in balance and the tofu is definitely firm. Sake selection is amazing.

BEST SUSHI IN CHESAPEAKE. Fresh, authentic, tasteful sushi. Glad to have this place in the neighborhood. The tiger roll and dragon roll are sooooo good. Ang is a true chef!

Absolutely delicious. We are new to the area and searched for restaurants near us while at the park down the road. We are so glad this popped up and that we stopped in. The best sushi we've had in years. We will definitely be going back!
