Services
We expanded our offerings and started doing commercial printing for businesses and corporations over fifty years ago and through the years have continued to add capabilities and services. Servicing clients for 80 years, we occupy 45,000 square feet in Dallas, Texas. We have met the challenges for our customers every day since 1923 and keep technology and equipment state of the art.
Since 1923, The Odee Company has been providing printing services in Dallas. We have both digital for short run needs and offset for your larger runs. Our 45,000 square foot facility houses a full prepress, press, and bindery departments. We also do all of our own diecutting, foil stamping and embossing in house to fit your special finishing needs.
Black & White Digital: Our black and white digital department uses Docutech technology to produce manuals, technical documentation and educational materials. This black and white text can then be married with color covers to make a very appealing product or manual. You can do all kinds of binding from perfect bind, plasticoil, saddle stitch, and tape bind, to name a few.
Offset Printing is still to date the most common way for most printed products to be produced. At The Odee Company, we do both digital and offset printing. At this Wikipedia article, you will find a diagram that shows the process of offset printing. Primarily, you are offsetting the image from the plate to an image blanket which in turn imprints an impression cylinder.
Printers that support a maximum print roll width of between 18" and 100" are considered wide format printers. This kind of printers are used to print wallpapers, backlit film, construction plans, vehicle image wraps, posters, trade show banners, and any large format signage, picture or artwork. At The Odee Company, we are printing on high quality canvas, and using HP Latex printers.
