We have used Justin Milligan twice. The office is very attentive. Whenever we have met with Justin or spoke with him he was very caring assuring. We felt confident in his hands to get the job done. If I could give zero stars I would. A word of advice to everyone, and consider it a warning,do not let t Michael Fiumara represent you if you need a criminal defense lawyer. Not only does he create work for himself and his office that is unnecessary (which I realized later) to make himself look busy so he can bill you, he also does not know what he's doing. It is obvious from appearing in court with this man that even the judge found him highly annoying and he doesn't know when to keep quiet. He talks over the judge & doesn't seem respected by the court. He banks on the fact

I had a last minute issue that I needed to hire an attorney for to help a friend. I Googled attorneys in Santa Rosa, and called five in the area. It was a weekend and critical I speak to an attorney right away. Justin Milligan answered his phone, patiently listened to the case and gave me solid advice in helping me immediately. We followed up on Monday to meet in person at his office. He resolved the issue by Wednesday. His price was reasonable and he was flexible in working with me under the circumstances. He gave practical advice in the case, and we will be proceeding with further legal action

Never talked to an attorney...They were always sheltered by Vanya, who acted as a go-between, Took 5 weeks for them to decide NOT to take my case. Per Vanya they could not take the case because I am too close to the insurance deadline 18 MONTHS from now. Really!? Would have appreciated honesty in that they just did not want the case - and to take 5 weeks to let me know this!...One star is too much

He was kind, patient, gave lots of attention to detail and my settlement was much, much more than I would have received without him.
