With 25 years of success and experience, I will create a health-wellness-fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. I graduated from S.D.S.U. with my BS in Exercise and Nutritional Science with an emphasis in Sports Medicine. Together wewill make a plan that includes healthy eating, physical activity and preventative healthcare coaching, to ensure the best results for YOU.
