My step mother passed 11/27/2021. I have unsuccessfully attempting to receive a death certificate. I've been told multiple reasons why I haven't received the paid for death certificate copies. 44 days later and I'm still waiting after several attempts to contact them and was given excuse after excuse; the most recent excuse "vital records are closed" which isn't true (verified through vital records). I don't think these people realize its a thing called google. I am reporting them to FTC. This is not acceptable.

I laid to rest my mother on December 30. She looked good but the staff was rude disrespectful and had terrible attitudes! Things weren't set up as requested and discussed. Nothing went smoothly. Definitely would not advise to use for last good bye for family member.

I cannot recommend them with a good conscience. When people are grieving they want to feel somebody understands; the atmosphere was more of tolerance.

This place is the worst. Entirely unprofessional. They don't explain their fees until AFTER they charge you for them and they lie. Mrs Wescott had the nerve, and audacity to get an attitude and tell me she, was, doing me a favor when I told her I was switching funeral homes. Do not put your loved ones in the hands of these people...

My mother past away suddenly on April 12th. With me being new and unfamiliar with the area a family member gave me the information for the Wescott because I needed a funeral home to pick up my mother’s body. the Wescott funeral home sent 2 people that were supposed to be able bodied, however when the time came to take my mother out of the house, these two males were unable to and when family stepped in to help there strap to the body bag broke dropping my mother’s body on the steps. There was no apologies at that time and from the troubles they were having it was obvious these were not profession

If I would've known then what I know now I would've never stepped foot through the door....the owner has no compassion for the lost of a family member....her prices are just ridiculous and as soon as I wanted to change funeral homes she caught the biggest attitude ...like the ghetto came out with the quickness...the place is horrible...and I WILL NEVER use their services again...if things weren't set in stone with my mother God knows I would be dealing with someone else right now
