Langdon DuBois has been a professional fitness trainer and sole owner of his studio in Laguna Beach since 1987. I created a business that mirrored my need to give exactly the same training experience that I would want for my money. I've never been the large gym type and like working out alone without any distractions so I can listen to every signal my body is giving me.
