We are currently running small group workouts at 6am, 7am and 8am Monday Through Friday, and 9:30am on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Small groups are a maximum of 8 people. They are approximately 55 min and include mobility warm up, full body core circuit training workout and post workout stretch. The workout and time intervals change daily.
