Franks Pizza

Placed a order 11/12 for pick up was told 20 min wait when I showed up to the restaurant they never put the order in the system they need to get better employees this is absolutely ridiculous

Their pizza tasted like Spanish black beans! Some spices they use on their sauce not Italian for sure!! I wouldn’t eat there again!!

The worst never answer the phone for delivery then you go there food is cold and your order is wrong thats twice already never again will I go there horrible service go to the one up on 46 by burger King 5 stars

Great family friendly place. Specials always good choice. Grandma's Pizza highly recommended.

This used to be our favorite fair priced Italian restaurant in Hackettstown. However, the last several times we ordered delivery, the hot food has been cold and tasteless and the cold food has tasted bad (salads/sides).
I'm not sure what changes were made, but they weren't for the better. Today truly is the last time we'll be ordering from them (June 2021).

Meatball sandwich was horrible. Who ever heard of TOUGH meatballs, texture bad as well. I asked b4 ordering if it was all beef they said yes---- I doubt it; got stomach cramps. Thats my last time.

Amazing pizza. Friendly staff. Clean. Stopped to have lunch with a friend on our way home to VA. They weren't open for dining in but since it was empty and it was chilly outside, they let us sit at a table after ordering our food. So many varieties of pizza it was hard to choose.

I went to Frank's pizza for the first time the other night. I ordered off the online menu. Broccoli in white sauce with pasta. $7.50. (frozen broccoli, mind you) I go to pay for all 4 items I had ordered and he… charges me $12.95 for it. When I said something, they just said the owner is having trouble with the guy that runs the website. You can talk to him tomorrow. At that point it was too late to go somewhere else to feed my kids, so I paid, ranted and left. By the time I got home and looked on the website to show my husband, they changed all their prices! I will NEVER step foot in that

The best pizza in town. any kind , their cavatelli with broccoli & grilled chicken is one of my husband's favorite. I love their fried calamari & pepperoni roll for my son.

I've been going here with my family for over 10+ years. I still love it! You can sit down and eat, or grab a slice for the go. This place doesn't deliver, however, the atmosphere is clean and calm. It is busy during the weekends, but the wait is definitely worth it! With so many different dishes to choose from, I still have yet to try them all!

Been going to franks pizza since I was young. I have always described it to everyone as the best pizza place ever anywhere. Recently while home visiting family we got pizza two times in the 2 weeks I was home. Not only has the recipe changed but the large pizzas are obviously smaller and in smaller boxes. This was confirmed when I put the pizza box over the glass counter. The pizzas they have on display were obviously bigger than what you actually get. I feel cheated especially when a "large" pepperoni is still 17.50. Pizza is still delicious but not as good as its been so it still gets 3 stars

Easily the best pizza in the area. And always so many choices, fresh and ready. Love the people and the food. Definitely 5 stars.

Good service, good food, excellent value for the price. Friendly kind of place where you run into friends & neighbors. Convenient.

We were coming back in a trip, still away from home, saw the sign at the entrance of the shopping center... decided let’s give it a try... so it was “just for a slice”... omg , that slice was glory to us, the perfect poem, very good taste, is hard to find a good slice with the flavor in every ingredient!... some places in Manhattan or Hoboken had a good touch... but this place will be remember for us as heaven!
