Couples do not enter into a marriage with the intention or idea that it will end someday. However, circumstances that are beyond our control quite often make a divorce the only option. And sometimes, divorce may actually be the best thing for the sake of the family because living separately may provide the children with a happier environment in which to grow up.

I reached out for consultation in regards to my complicated situation. Philip was very helpful and informative. He laid out all the options and was straight forward with both sides of the coin. He also had a very down to earth collaborative attitude. He understood every aspect of the situation and was able to navigate through any grey areas that I presented. I really appreciate his professionalism and support and would highly recommend him.

After my previous attorney procrastinated with my case and failed to file for child and spouse support for over 3 months after my case started, I decided to drop her, because she wasn’t doing anything but stalling the case. Shortly after that, I contacted a friend of mine, who recommended Wendy and Philip’s office. I contacted them immediately and was able to set up an appointment with Philip Daigneault to discuss the matter. Phil instantly requested my files and two days later I got a call from him that my child and spouse support issue has been already resolved and that from now on I will

I am so thankful for the wealth of knowledge by Wendy Jones! I was worried when my ex-husband wanted to stop paying child support but after our consultation Wendy gave me the law and the facts on what he could and could not do. Instead of walking around in fear, I was able to get the facts and feel much more equipped to move forward. I appreciated how she listened to my situation and reassured me. She is very knowledgeable and a true asset that you want on your side!

It was a very tough divorce case. The two sides could not agree what day of the week it was. Philip and the team worked on a settlement to avoid a costly (and worthless) trial from day one. It took a while but that is where we ended up -- a fair and reasonable settlement. Chemistry with your divorce attorney is very important. Put him on your consideration set short list.

I retained Philip Daigneault to represent me in my divorce. He took over the case under dire circumstances: my former attorney kept piling up legal bills, negotiated a support stipulation that would have led to my bankruptcy, and let my case stagnate for over 6 months. The former attorney wanted to place a lien on my house for $100,000 to cover litigation expenses. My ex- and her attorneys were not responsive, used sharp tactics to gain advantage, had little regard for facts, argued oral agreement for transfer of real estate based on undocumented conversations 15 years ago
