Gregg is very good at helping me on my personal need. I was learning ice skating when doing the workout there, and really wanted to improve ice skating skills as a beginner. Gregg helped me a lot on building up my core muscles and practicing movements on slide board. Now I really have something I enjoy doing. :D

Been working here for almost 5 years. Great ownership and lots of room. Trainers are independent. ADA restroom and trainer break room. Break away from being a slave to chain gyms and work for yourself. As a client, you will be able to avoid the crazy crowds of those types of places also!
