Recently moved to the area and was recommended to Aspen Ridge by friends. I called to schedule an appointment and the woman that answered the phone was rude, unfriendly, and wanted to get me off the phone as quickly as possible. I ended up schedule an appointment elsewhere.

I have a 3 legged pitbull and I have to say I don't trust people with my animal, just like I wouldn't trust people with my children... With that being said my first visit I was skeptical, especially with the Rona being around, I couldn't go in with my pet .. but the employees here were very understanding and helpful. My experience was so good that they are now my pets primary vet. Thanks Aspen ridge!

Dr. Janet Taylor and staff helped keep our sweet cat healthy into old age and offered straight forward options as end of life neared then kind support when the time came to say good bye. Five gold stars and appreciation to everyone working there.

Pretty disappointed with quality of service. Our cat had problem with a tooth. We weren’t asked about what cat eat, blood test wasn’t done. We were just told that tooth needed to be extracted, and scheduled for surgery 2 weeks after the first visit. Any recommendation what to do if the situation will go worse, any recommendation how to feed cat was not given. So in a week situation got worse and we had to solve it by our own.

I am short and I look young. When I go to some places (like mechanics) they treat me like I am a child. Not this place. They always tell me the real real. They absolutely never treat me like I'm stupid. They take the time to educate me on every issue. They always answer all my questions and even answer questions that I didn't know I had. I always leave here feeling confident in the services I received. I literally drive over an hour to see this doctors in this clinic because I just haven't been as confident with anyone else.
