Dr. Behzad Rajaei has been helping people smile since 1997. This is one of the worst dental visits I ever had. I had an emergency extraction needed and had to wait 4 hrs just to get my xrays done. I was a walk in and the help started out as nice as you can be but 2 hrs in they started to get very irritating .... long story short if u have no appointment, make one or u will have a 4-6hr wait even if u come in before 8am!!

First, the good - I called the main number around noon for an emergency extraction with intense pain and they found me an appointment at 3pm the same day at this location near me. The tech who took my X-rays was very kind and understanding that they are painful for me because of my tori.
On the other hand -
1) I went in to get an emergency exam and extraction for a tooth that was excruciating. But they are all about money and upselling. First I had to pay for my emergency exam. Then they talked me into a comprehensive exam because I am already there and it is only $40ish more and yadda yadda

ASAP Dental continues to impress me! The dentist I normally see , Dr Woo wasn't in so I was seen by Dr Ahmid. He was just as professional & friendly as Dr Woo.
I had to go back today to have a temporary crown reset & the technician (Paige) was so friendly. Everyone in this office from the front office to the back are exceptional.

Moved from Kentucky to Florida, needed a new Dentist and tooth extracted. Set up appointment days in advance. Appointment was 6 pm 1.19.2021. Got there 10 min early. 5 people came in behind me. 5th person was called back at 6:40 p.m. and I told the receptionist I was leaving. If you are going to treat a new customer like that then I am sure there are many people out there that do not need you. It was like sitting at a Mcdonald's drive thru and watching cars in the second lane just keep going. This is what you will get if you go here. You can't say you haven't been warned

Took my boyfriend here when he needed a very painful wisdom tooth taken out and no one could get him in until January (Its the first week of December). My dentist sent us here. I called and the lady did warn me that we maybe be waiting 2 to 4 hours as a last minute walk in/emergency, but that they would be able to extract it that day. My boyfriend was unable to work due to the pain, so we waited. Got in, they numbed him so well he didn't feel a thing. Took maybe 30 seconds to pull it. We got there at 4 30 and left at 9. It was absolutely worth the wait, because they got it done that day. Staff

It's funny to read the remarks. I will say it is strange when needing a procedure other than cleaning the finance manager come out and sits beside you. It's like you are purchasing a car. Craziest thing I've ever seen, at a dental office.
However Heather the Hygienist is the most professional I've ever had, and ask her each time.
I did have an emergency tooth extraction, because I had cracked one chewing on lifesavers. The treatment given, the implant was outstanding. So yes, ASAP for me is an ***** Star.

If I could do no stars I would. Contacted this office first thing when they opened on Sunday morning for an emergency appointment. Well I guess everyone in the city had schedules their dental emergencies in advance since they were so booked on emergency appointments that I was told my only option would be to come in at 3pm, wait 4-6 hours, have a consultation, pay $113 then schedule treatment. That's not really how an emergency works. No once was I asked what was even going on so I doubt they asked all these other emergencies as well.

I have been a patient here for 20 plus years with same insurance and go in last week for an appointment that they had send me several reminders to in which I respond.. even the day of my appointment and then i drive 45 minutes to get there. When I walk in the girl ask me if my name I responded they give me a mask and tell me to take a seat I wait for approximately 15 mins they call me back to take my temp AND THEN TELL ME THEY DONT TAKE MY INSURANCE ANYMORE AND IT IS OUT OF POCKET. MY question is why didn't they call and tell me this before I drive 45 mins to get there and sit and wait

I haven't been to the dentist in quite some time, but I unfortunately had an old filling pop out while flossing, no not the dance. I called ASAP and they saw me the following day to fix the issue. The staff was very pleasant and my dentist and dental assistant were very cool. I've decided to be an adult and even go back for a full exam, cleaning, and to take care of anything if I need to.
