Fortunately, the Social Security Administration offers two different disability benefit programs to those in need.
Although disability benefits are offered by the Social Security Administration to those who cannot work due to a medical condition, the majority of claims are denied during the initial stage of the application process. In fact, about two-thirds of initial claims are denied, many of which will result in a disability appeal.

I called for my son who needs help. He was shot with some physical issues from that, but primarily unable to work because of his mental deficiencies. He is unable to maintain any type of stable work. He spent years homeless, and is really for the first time seeking help now. The initial call we made we spoke to a man who took many details down with permission from my son for them to speak to me. I never would have had a chance without this firm’s help. Social Security buries you with paperwork, and always automatically rejects the first try. NEVER, never ever try alone to navigate the Byzantine process of trying to get disability. Always get a advocate. I was recommended to Roeschke law from a friend who tried the process for 5 years. Kiel and associates got his disability within a few months. After trying myself for 2 years, hired them and due to COVID all cases were by telephone. Got settlement within 6 months instead of 18 months. They were very good. Happy with their services.
