We just moved to Clarksville a week and a half ago and our dog’s ears became irritated and full of fluid. All the different vet offices in Clarksville seem to be booked out at least 30 days. Not only did Tiny Town squeeze our crazy pup in that morning, EVERYONE from the front desk, the techs and Dr. Reese were absolutely amazing! Kind, knowledgeable, and whole heartedly care for the animals they see. I can’t say enough good things about them!! Thank you for being great!

Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
This morning I took my ESA to TTAC. I chose this office due to the positive reviews and I am extremely happy with their service. All staff were courteous, helpful and extremely loving with not only my own baby, but with others as they came in. Thank you ladies for your loving care!

My family has been bring our pets here for years, but recently there seems to be lack of communication and diagnosis. I had to bring my pet into an emergency clinic and they were able to give me a diagnosis in 2 hours after I was at Family Pet 2 days ago for 8 hours... if I would've waited my pet would've passed. This clinic is fine for vaccines and preventative medications, but if you need a diagnosis relatively quick I would not recommend.

My first couple of visits here were pretty good. Everyone was nice and didn't have to wait long, until this most recent visit. Called last night to ask about walk ins and appointments for my cat and dog. Was told they were putting Sky (my cat) down for 3pm and Hershey (dog) would be a walk in for her shot. So I naturally rushed home because I work 45min away and get off at 2pm to get them ready and go to the vet only to get there, wait 45m and get told there are 4 walk ins in front of me and both of mine are walk ins. So WHY tell me the night before they would put me down for 3pm? I could

After a visit to another vet clinic ( have previously used), I did not like the lack of a diagnosis.
I took my dog here, explained I did not have an Appt.
The front staff said ok and worked me in. 15 minutes later, we were in an exam room.
Dr. Blake came in, performed an examination.
Even though there was not a definitive diagnosis, she prescribed meds to lessen the issues my dog was having. ( like humans, sometimes dogs just have to ride it out). But try to make it less stressful and as comfortable as possible.
We did ride it out, and with the meds and time, the condition improved.

We are new to the area and when we moved to Clarksville we had our dogs with a National veterinarian service but when emergencies happened we could never get an appointment. Asking friends and neighbors we sought out Family Pet Hospital and they have been great both times we have used them. We will never go back to any where else.

We boarded our labradoodle for a week at Family Pet Hospital. It was a great experience. Staff was very nice and our pup seemed to have enjoyed his stay. When we picked him up he was clean and happy. I called several times to check on him and the staff put me at ease on how he was doing. Highly recommend!

Exceptional service! I was passing through from Georgia where I was camping at the river. I noticed my dog Sammy had a big bump on his side and was pretty infected. Not knowing how and when it happened I knew nothing means more than my dogs and needed to get him care fast. I stopped the car in the first town Clarksville Tennessee. Looked up veterinarians on Yelp and selected Family Pet Hospital. I called and told them I was passing through to Colorado and needed Sam to be checked out. They told me to come on in and they would see me right away and get me back on the road. After arriving and two

I'm not sure why I haven't written a review sooner. These pet lovers are awesome! We used to take our two dogs to another vet in Clarksville. Now our old girl (lab mix) is a special member of our family. So when the vet kept referring to "him". I took it personally-I corrected the vet a couple times, but he couldn't help himself. My wife and I felt that if "our" vet can't make that distinction, and can't see beyond our dogs just being canines, it was time to look elsewhere.

Took my dog in for her Rabies shot. I was told to bring her in and the vet would weigh her to see what she weighed and they could give her something to calm her for when she is groomed Monday. Told me there would be no charge just for the vet to look at her. I declined when they couldn't even give me a price what the pill would be to give her to calm her. I did get her rabies shot but I think I will just be going to my normal vet cause, they are much more helpful. Only reason came here to get her rabies was cause of the nasty weather and it was much closer then going cross town. I was very

So many good things to say about Family Pet Hospital. I brought my English bulldog here for a c-section and the whole experience was delightful from the price to the medical care to the delivery of my dogs newborn. I called several places prior to her due date and they were the cheapest charging me $1100 including spay versus $2200 from other clinics. They also allowed us to keep her their while we were at work or busy. The next day my dogs stitches were bleeding heavily so I brought her in and they stalled her up and put a pressure wrap on her free of charge. the bleeding was due to the removal

I've been so pleased with Family Pet Hospital, I've been taking my now 11 month old puppy there since I've had him at 6 weeks. They are always so polite when I bring him in and always having smiling faces on. We had an incident with another dog where it caused us to have to take him there after hours. We got there right before they closed at 5 and they sent us home with meds to bring him back the following morning for stitches. The price was pretty steep since we were there after they closed. I brought him in the following morning and explained we were there right before they closed

My dog is Very selective of who she will trust. At her previous vet clinic she was so scare and would be terrified going in. That's not the case at Family Pet. She absolutely adores the staff here. I've even been able to board her a couple times and she does just fine. The clinic is always clean and well maintained as well.

We're happy with this vet hospital, we initially went to another vet that was great also but the hours at Family Pet Hospital are easier for us - and also because if something happens on the weekend we can still take them in without freaking out about whether or not we should call for an emergency visit for a cut on a paw or something else that causes pet parents to freak out. Our dog is a hot mess but he does pretty well here and everyone remembers him and asks how he's doing when we come by with the cats. They really helped us out when we did have an emergency with him and had to come
