NOTE - While product is not caustic, is it highly recommended that occupants not be present during application and for 20 minutes after. Use a backpack atomizer for BSL-3 solutions to spray above and throughout the entire office. This process leaves a fine mist that remains wet for 2-4 hours. The product will leave tiny spots on surfaces once dried naturally.

We had several really bad carpet stains in our office and requested to have the carpet cleaned to remove them. Servi-Tek came in, spot cleaned the stains and the carpet looks as good as new...in addition there was no charge by the company.. We were very grateful for their prompt, professional service and extremely happy with the results. Highly recommend their services.

Excellent service. Very professional, efficient, on time and under budget for the services we requested. Overall very happy with this vendors services from water mitigation, engineering and janitorial to the BSL-Level 3 cleaning solution system we’ve all come accustomed to post COVID-19 pandemic. As a Property Manager for office and industrial buildings, I have had nothing but great experience with Servi-Tek. I've had several tenants request electrostatic cleaning (BSL 3 Disinfecting) due to COVID19 protocols. Servi-Tek is extremely quick to respond and provide the service same day. They also email a report with photos the very next morning. Servi-Tek is flexible and they always work around tenant and ownership schedules. I would highly recommend them for both night crew/dayporter services and electrostatic cleaning.

The COVID crew is great. They work around my employees schedules and make them feel cared for during these crazy times.

I've been working with Servi-Tek for many years....since the company started. They are always professional and responsive. Their staff is well trained and they use top technology in keeping track of their various job sites, special requests, and employees. I've also recently used them for various levels of disinfecting during COVID-19. The disinfecting fog has been very effective and has really helped our employees to feel safe during these challenging times. I highly recommend them for all of your janitorial needs.
