I've only been here a few months and I'm not happy. These kids sit on the stairs, will not move, making noise(yelling, screaming and cursing), music is played loud all hours into the early morning and nothing is done about it. Currently trying to move.

Need to clean the breezeways!!! There needs to be a place for the older kids to hangout instead of hanging around the breezeway by the stairs.
Other than that the price is great for the space. Some places are smaller, older & overpriced!

Find these kids something to do! They are always in my way. They sit on the stairs and will not move out of your way. Very disrespectful. They also sit on people’s cars. I broke my lease to move somewhere else. I can’t. I would rather pay more for peace of mind. You definitely get what you pay for here.

Every website shows that this complex has availability. there is a big sign outside the entrance to the complex that says “now leasing”. I go into the leasing office to inquire about availability and some older black woman with a short haircut tells me they won’t have any availability till november-december. false advertising.

Waited for 2 hours for someone to meet me at their office, that was suppose to be open. Only to be told that the available apartment was not really available and I could join their waiting list.

I visited the property and ride around to see how the property is maintained. It definitely does not look the way it once did a few years ago. Will not move here.

I've been fortunate enough to have lived here for 2 years now. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience, Larease the leasing manager has always been professional, friendly and helpful with any issues or concerns I may have had. The prices are great and the area is a small town kind of secluded area. I've never had problems with roaches and any maintenance issues I've had have been resolved in a timely manner. Although I have decided to move closer to the city I would recommend this neighborhood to someone looking for affordable housing. I have teenagers and kids will be kids

I only been here for 2 months. There are tons of Huge cockroaches/water bugs/SPIDERS/centipedes. Pest control is worthless. The place would be nice if it weren't for these HUGE bugs. I'm so ready to move.
