Losing our Mom was very difficult. My sister and I were lost and did not know what steps to take to ensure our Mom was property laid to rest. I felt that McCoy Harrison dropped the ball. The compassion was lacking and the promised services for the funeral held at this facility were not delivered. Communication was extremely lacking. There was no promised video and no music. Cards and letters sent to their funeral home were not given to us until after the services were completed. We will not use their sevices again.

First I must say this was a very hard time for my family in regards to burying my mother. This was my first time making arrangements, so I was totally lost. My family had chose another funeral home but I decided this particular funeral service through word of mouth. From the moment I called the director to pick of my mother lifeless body. The director showed no compassion. No sorrow. No sorry for your loss. He never uttered those words to me or my family even when we met him in person to actually make the arrangements. So very cold hearted to me. That is a very horrible way to conduct a business
