Took my van in today for an oil change and to take care of a coolant leak. Rick told me my back air hoses were blown and that it would take 4 hours and $800 to fix. Went somewhere else and got the ACTUAL problem solved in 45 minutes and only spent $75. (It was in fact a coolant leak. My dad works on cars and had never heard of back air hoses.) Rick also wouldn’t change my oil because the drain plug was stripped, and literally put on the paperwork “would take too much work to fix.” As if a mechanic’s job isn’t literally to work on cars. Spent $55 today just to tell

I bought new tires at Fleet Farm. Part of the install included an alignment check. When I got the call saying my truck was finished, they notified me that I do need an alignment but that they were unable to get it done during the appointment and that I would have to bring it back a week later.

Was charged over $100 for them to just erase my error codes(which Autozone will do for free). They couldn't find the main problem so they charged me and let me go on my way with a "band aid" fix. 1 hour later my car will not move while in drive. I cannot recommend a place that cannot find the root of a problem and will just let people leave their lot without safely fixing their vehicle.

My headlight had went off to my car and I had to get it replaced. Everywhere I called they kept telling me anywhere from $300-$350 because the type of light bulb "they assumed" it will be. When I called this store location they actually asked for my vin number and had got the correct type of bulb. Which made a huge price difference. They told me it would cost me anywhere from $100-165 depending on the labor. I was so happy, finally feeling like someone actually wanted to help me out.
