Your home can never look too good. That's why, every single home receives a decorating consultation. Matthew also has an inventory of staging items to decorate should they be needed. Sometimes buyers struggle to be imaginative. It's just hard for a person to picture what a home should look like if it's empty, cluttered, or simply not correctly decorated.
I have outlined everything you need to know about the paperwork process when listing your home. Please fill it out as soon as possible so I can get started researching your sale. Additional disclosures need completed if your property is in a home owner association (HOA). The HOA provides these for you and most will only speak with homeowners (not agents).
