Coming from a different state there was a lot to learn. They took the time to show me different areas and different types of houses. I can t say enough about the experience and the time it took because of the bidding wars. They really made me calm and said we will get there and we did. I am in my new home and I just love it I highly recommend this company because they go over and above time and time again until you find the one you love!

This review is long overdue for the amount and quality of friendship, time, service and honesty that James has given to my wife and myself.
TLDR: He is great and I can't see myself going to anyone but him to buy or sell a house. In fact, I have already referred him to 3 other people who were buying homes and they all had great experiences with him as well!
8 years ago I found myself in need of purchasing a house. As this was our first house I had no idea where to begin this search so I found myself where most people do that need answers, Google! I found James by chance and could not be more happy

James came highly recommended and was an absolute professional. As a veteran I knew the home buying process was going to be slightly different than normal due to the VA loan process. I have been told that not many people were familiar with the process and even less actually handled veteran clients. With James being certified to handle VA clients and being a former veteran himself, I figured he would know the process and how to make it hassle free. James was very knowledgeable and would be quick in responding to any questions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone, especially veterans.

My husband and I were EXTREMELY satisfied with James Moyer’s assistance in selling our house. He was confident and knowledgeable as well as reliable. I never had difficulty reaching him or felt rushed when asking questions. Nowadays it seems rare to encounter an individual who can complete a job without some sort of reminders or nudging, but not James. He was always one step ahead of us, always on top of matters. We cannot say enough great things about James Moyer and our experience buying a home with him. He was extremely professional and focused on our needs for a new home.
