With a father and grandfather that worked as property managers and sold real estate, David is the third generation to pursue a real estate profession. He has been working in the industry since 2000. This company isn't professional! I took the time to visit two of there properties, one was on Lee and the other was on Melvin (I believe). The way I found this company is vis Apartment search. So, the way they show is they send you a code to a lock box. We took considerable time to view these two properties. We were interested in one of the properties. So, we called and they didn't return the call. So, a few days later, I text. I ask if we were willing to submit application; if they would be willing to to allow us to move in on the 20th (apox. 10) days. He sent a one 3 word question (confirming

I've been renting from David for 13 years. He has always responded immediately if there is any kind of issue with the property inside or out. Whether it's minor like a garbage disposal clog or having to replace a refrigerator. Also
he has to deal with homeowners association regarding the upkeep of the landscape maintenance in our neighborhood. He is very friendly and professional. Like I said in the beginning, I've been here at the same location for 13 years. Keep up the good work.

Mr. Thompson is a clown. Thanks for the heads up on MY roof. Needed to be done years ago. And he should stay away from personal family business. And please stop harassing my renter to pay the rent. It's only a click away. Peace

Arizona Homes Rental and Sales in Tucson has been a pleasure to work with. David has managed my properties for over 10 years. He has done a wonderful job of venting the renters and keeping the properties in excellent repair, and keeping me informed. He is honest with the owners as well as the renters. We have sold two homes and purchased two homes in the Tucson area with David and Arizona Homes Rentals and Sales. David is smart, thorough and intuitive. He is also honest and caring.
When we were selling, he was spot on on pricing and he's the FIRST AND ONLY agent who instructed me how to add small things to stage the homes and prep them to show well -- and we have purchased and sold many homes over the years! Both homes sold quickly and are still extremely pleased.
In purchasing, we found that David's property management background was incredibly helpful in looking at homes and neighborhoods
