Very good Italian. More formal than it appears from the street. Atmosphere gives you the feel of fine dining yet this is not as stuffy place. Only tried this once; will likely try again looking for consistency. Service was not as personable on our visit, but that could have been just that one server that night. Willing to overlook it.

Fantastic dinner tonight for my 40th anniversary party with several close friends and family. We had several different dishes from seafood, classic Italian and a rib eye steak with several appetizers too. Each was perfectly prepared and the service was excellent. This is an Outstanding restaurant.

Great food! Great service! Danny was amazing. Been there 3 times and have enjoyed each time. Will be back for a 4th time.

This place is phenomenal!! Everything was good. The bread and oil was very good. The Italian dressing on the salad was good. The lettuce for the salad isn't the cheap iceberg stuff. The grouper had a wonderful taste and wasn't over cooked. Lobster ravioli was superb. The meatballs were tasty. Everyone was very satisfied with their meals.
Our server was Mauro. I we were very happy with his service and our drinks never went empty.

One of my favorite places. Don't let the outside look confuse you. So nice inside. Seems like lots of locals and the wait staff and customers are all so nice. The eggplant parm is like my grandmothers battered covered not breaded and is definitely leaves you full with lots left for takeout.

I came here around 15 years ago on a business trip because it was highly recommended. Everything was 5 stars. The service, the food, and they had live music which added to the amazing experience. I took a business card so if I ever came back I would remember this place.
This time was disappointing to say the least. First the music is gone except on certain days. The server was decent but the food was sub par. Someone in the kitchen is in love with lemons. Two of the platters had way too much lemon. The special was Rib eye which was not seasoned with salt and pepper, over cooked, and a poor cut

Fantastic Italian food in a great atmosphere. We sat at the bar and ordered/ate our delicious dinner. Great atmosphere! Bartenders were very attentive. The live music provided by Anthony B. was worth the reasonable cost of the meal. Highly recommend this Italian restaurant in NMB!

Went to this restaurant for the first time three weeks ago. It will not be our last visit! the parking lot always seemed full when ever we passed by. I don't like waiting to be seated, so we never stopped in. Parking lot always full? This typically means the food is good. It did not disappoin!
I had a great fresh salad, as did my wife. Flavor of the house dressing was fresh, crisp and flavorful. The fresh baked bread is to die-fr.
I ordered Angel Hair pasta with Bolognese sauce. VERY glad I did! Rich, flavorful and plentiful. They served plenty for a second meal.

First try for my wife and I after several visits to the North Myrtle Beach area. We really enjoyed the bread and seasoned oil for dipping. My tomato bisque soup was tasty, but not as rich as some I've had. My wife's salad was fresh and looked appealing, but the house-made blue cheese dressing was very vinegary and detracted from the taste enjoyment. Her chicken on linguini was excellent, as was my battered grouper with lemon dill and garlic sauce and spinach over linguini. We shared a chocolate dessert that was very nice. I made reservations on a Sunday in the 'off season'. Bar quickly filled up for happy hours. More mature crowd than my usual dining competition. My wife ordered the chicken margarita not the drink. I had the steak medium. Both were well prepared and delicious. Since this was our first visit, the server gave us a free piece of tiramisu. Very positive experience. I will return.

This place is wonderful! Great atmosphere and food! I had cheese ravioli and husband had manicotti both were excellent marinara sauce was homemade and very authentic and tasty. Also had one of the best Italian margarita I've ever tasted.. Sat at table in bar area service was flawless even though server had to deal with rude customers complaining about their check at next table. I thought price were very good for amount of food. Will definitely return next time visiting Myrtle Beach.

This place is fantastic! The service is great, the food is phenomenal, and the whole atmosphere is cozy. We had the chicken parmigiana, momma's lasagna, and cheese ravioli. The prices are reasonable ($15-$25 a person). The bread was freshly baked and the parmesan was fresh as well. The dessert is the exotic Bomba and is delicious! Definitely going to be one of our go to places whenever we are in the area.

I just want to say I never take the time to leave reviews but this restaurant definitely deserves this one. We are from Pittsburgh and have been coming to myrtle for many years as a big group. One time in the week I reserve a table and it is usually for about 29-40 people. A few weeks ago I called villa tuscana because I wanted to see if they would accommodate 28. They said that wouldn't be a problem as long as we could do 4:00 or 8. We were fine with 8. When we got there, we only had to wait about 10 minutes to be seated and from there, we enjoyed the best Italian meal we have had in myrtle in

Villa Tuscanna has never let me down! The food is always amazing. The menu is has a variety of dishes and they always have great specials! If you are in North Myrtle don't skip this place. If you aren't in North Myrtle, the drive is worth it!

Food was good, but we had an odd experience. We were seated in a separate section with a private party. We got odd looks from those in the party and felt awkward. We asked the hostess about the situation, and she said it was fine, but it was obviously not fine with the private party.

The penne vodka was perfect. The marinara on the shrimp and scallops with linguini was average. Our server was well versed with the menu, but not very knowledgeable when it came to allergen ingredients.

Escargot was amazing, chicken parmigiana was a little tasteless but the drinks and service were good. Would definitely go again on another date night. We had a 6:30 reservation and got there early and they sat us anyways.

Food was fantastic service was great. The wife and I both got the chicken parm. She also got a side of fettuccine I got a side of meatballs. The meatballs melted in my mouth. I definitely recommend this restaurant if your in the mood for Italian food.

Absolutely wonderful night here for our party of 6. The lasagna is plentiful enough to share as was the chicken parm. I enjoyed the salmon and shrimp special with lemon butter sauce over capers, artichokes and spinach. It was very flavorful and the salad was fresh and crisp. Our server, Donovan, was brilliant and remembered 6 orders without writing anything down and we each received our drinks, apps and meals exactly as we ordered them. Nothing short of miraculous ... plus he was good natured and a wealth of knowledge about many things. We are locals and know that we can always count on Villa Tuscanna

Amazing service & food. I tried all 5 dishes at our table, everything was incredible. Lobster Ravioli is a true fav & Lasagna.

Good service, clean setting and good menu. Our experience was good. The staff was very aware of and vigilant of Covid-19 practices. We enjoyed a number of items on the menu to include fettuccine Alfredo with chicken and clam pasta.we would visit again.
