I wanted to get my kitty spayed and declawed (tried everything) - They made the whole process seamless for both my kitty and I. They sent pictures and kept in good communication. Now, I take my pooch here too.

I have used this clinic for my major all my pets major needs for a long time. They have always been honest, courteous, respectful and to the point. They love all animals and it shows in the way that they care for my pet as they would their own. I have recommended this place to many others and I will continue to do so.

We have been going to the Animal Hospital of Parkland for the last 20 years. We have always received the greatest and top notch care and customer service for our pups. Yesterday, we had to put down our boxer due to a back injury and he was deteriorating quickly. Yesterday, Dr. Mark was so kind and compassionate and made this sad experience bearable, The kindness, caring and loving person that he is makes you feel as if our pet is one of his. He took his time with us and let us say our goodbyes.
Pam, who works the front desk, is always helpful and answers every questions you might have. Both Vets

I was upset and She was just way Out of line. They definitely need to change their name they are not a hospital hospital stake emergencies and this

This is an update to my prior review in Sept. 2017. In October of 2017 I am sad to say that we had to have Kramer, our almost 12 year old Jack Russell cross over the Rainbow Bridge. When I called that day and said it was time, I was told to come on up. I inquired if the vet tech, Jenni, who I'd been dealing with was working and if she could be with him. I was assured that would be fine. On arrival they put us in a room and told us to take all the time we needed. We took pictures and loved on our little guy. Jenni came in and talked to us and then we said our goodbyes to Kramer. She told me

My husband didn't have the greatest experience today with this vet. We came for some shots for our dog and they just wanted to take our dog to the back without him. There was no veterinarian, just the vet tech. Our dog also had a swollen bite/spot on top of her nose that we were concerned about and he quickly brought it up. They proceeded to just say ice it and wait a week/schedule an appointment. The front desk people were very unfriendly and did not make us feel welcome. It was clear they just wanted to give shots and then shoo us away. Pretty unfortunate, I should have been there to raise

Today was a our first visit. We had or two children with us. The staff was helpful and patient. It was a long wait but life happens. They apologized it was a hectic day for the doctor. I wish the doctor would of introduced himself but again he was very busy today. Our puppy did well on her first visit as well.

LOVED this vet, and used them for our two cats and German Shepard while we were stationed at McChord AFB. The reason I'm only giving four stars instead of five is because the vet who typically does the canine appointments wasn't the friendliest, however the feline vet was phenomenal, along with the rest of the staff. They give substantial military discounts as well.

Took one of our dogs here for the first time and was pleased as soon as I walked in the door. Not only was it clean but we were greeted immediately. They were only taking appts at the time but one of their doctors had just finished with his surgery and agreed to see us. The nurse and doctor greeted Lucy our dog with a warm tone and outstretched hand and rubbed her tummy and reassured her the whole time they were looking her over. The doc provided me with plenty of info and explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. Probably the best experience I've had going anywhere in

Disappointed with urgent care with this clinic. If you don't have appointment ahead of time FORGET IT ! The vet's are very caring but the staff could use some compassion. About 45 min before closing my puppy had a urgent issue. I was told they would be closing and didn't want to be late closing. I had to drag out emergency vet information. This morning my sister started calling at 7:30 in the am to get apt for my very sick cat that I had been up all night with. No appointments available, couldn't fit pet in and again my sister had to ask where to take her dog and my cat for

We've been bringing our 'kids' to this hospital for many many years. Both doctors and staff are very polite and compassionate and give great care of our dogs, from their first puppy visit until that last and sad visit. A special "atta boy" to one of the technicians, Jen R. She's been very kind and helpful. Thanks!

When I moved from University Place to Parkland, I needed to find a new vet office for my three fur babies. I have a 14 year old pit bull, a 8 year old terrier, and a 15 year old cat. I came in and talked with the staff first to get an idea of whether or not it was a right fit. The staff was knowledgeable and welcoming. Two things I look for in a clinic setting.
I brought my oldest girl Miss Vanderbie Lynn (pit bull) in for a yearly visit. She has skin issues (allergic to carpet) and has had an injury to her leg in her past. They gave her a physical, ran some geriatric labs, and clipped her

Listening skills could be improved as I experienced the doctors confusing symptoms of my Schipperke with my Aussie. If one pays attention during a visit they talk more than they listen.

After we parted company I equested a copy of my pets' entire history of doctors' notes and discovered they make notes but don't address them. Every visit the notes stated my Aussie was overweight but they NEVER mentioned the problem or asked what kind of food she was eating or how much. On one of our last visits I was told to reduce her food by 1 tablespoon after I brought up the subject. A

AHOP is the BEST vet clinic in town or in my opinion in WA state. I have been brining my animals here for over 20 years, all of my pets are our children and they are treated with the same love and care as we treat them. The approach is not aggressive and extravagant, but if something is not right they will find something to make it right no matter what they have to do. The costs for services are very reasonable and they have certain times when they have just vaccines so no exam or office fee is charged. The whole staff is excellent and both Dr. Phil and Dr. Mark are AWESOME. I have been other

Sancho Cholo's first vet visit....

This vet office is an upgrade from the previous office. It's new, clean, and in an easy to find location. We've been bringin our first dog Bossy here since she was 5-months and now will bring our new pup Sancho here too. The prices are very reasonable and they also have a vaccine clinic on Mondays and Wednesdays where you only pay the cost of the vaccine and not the office visit. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!!
