Preventive maintenance is the care and protection of your vehicle against potential major auto repairs. A fully functioning brake system is crucial to your safety, the safety of your passengers, and the safety of other drivers on the road. Your vehicle's brake system involves highly engineered parts and precise movements that stop your vehicle by converting kinetic energy into thermal energy.
When you press down on the brake pedal, the master cylinder pressurizes a system of hydraulic brake lines leading to each of the vehicle's wheels, where brake pads or shoes press against a disc or drum and create the necessary friction needed to slow the vehicle to a complete stop.Over time, this friction and heat has the potential to wear down the brake shoes, brake pads, calipers, brake rotors, and other braking components.

They are professional, honest, welcoming, and will treat you, and your car, like it should be done. Again: They are the benchmark against other mechanics should be compared.
Contrary to some shops, they will explain what's going on, and if needed be, will advise you *honestly* in your best interest, not in theirs.

These are my guys love nick & joe they been working with my godfather for well over a decade! When I got my car last year they’ve been my main guys since! Most Trustworthy mechanics, They keep it real and they are so kind and considerate. They work with you too not just the vehicle which is awesome not many do that! I just got my brakes done one of many things and it came out amazing, painted my calipers bright green and it looks dope! They take your needs to a whole other level + do special requests! For as long as I’m in Massachusetts I will be going here for all my car related work. Great

I am so pleased with the experience I just had at Audy Auto Center. My car was making a concerning sound, so I requested service through their website. Within 15 minutes I heard back. Dropped off the car and within a couple of hours, everything was taken care of. The two individuals I spoke to were pleasant, knowledgable and professional. The waiting area is confortable and clean. What a great experience. Thrilled to have found my new mechanic.

Joe made my Jeep look amazing. I was hesitant on doing work because I was leaning towards trading in my Jeep. I gave joe a price range and an idea of what I want me Jeep to look like. I am beyond happy with what he created. I will defiantly be keeping this bad boy! Very fairly priced as well as efficient. I was prepared to be without a car for a week, I got it back in two days. I worked with Joe Hanna at Audy Auto Center this week after finding out my car needed some new transmission parts, 4 new tires, and a new control arm. Joe was kind, accommodating, and honest. I emailed him on a Sunday regarding my car's needs and he got back to me first thing Monday and had me come by that evening to confirm what it needed done. The prices are very reasonable and my car is running like new after a day in their shop. I highly recommend this business!

My favorite mechanic retired 3 years ago and I decided to try Audy Auto Center for maintenance of my Mazda 6. I've used them for oil changes, installation of aftermarket suspension parts that I've supplied, coolant replacement, brake fluid replacement, serpentine belt replacement, brake pad & rotor replacement. Their prices are consistently 30% lower than dealer quotes but that's not the only reason I keep going back. They don't try to upsell you. Audy's Auto Center is the best! I have had my car, as well as my son's car, serviced here for the past two years and what I most appreciate is that they are straightforward and transparent about pricing (and the prices are much more reasonable than the quotes I received from the dealership). The work was done with great attention to detail, and the needed repairs were described in a way a non-mechanic could understand. Also, they are friendly and quick with the fixes. Highly recommend.

Great owner, great staff, great prices. Went to them on numerous occasions ranging from standard check-ups to car alarm problems and they had me covered every time. Most recently my side-view mirror got smashed off and they had it replaced within 24-hours! The only problem is I can't take them with me when I move...

My breaks were squeaking real bad and brought them to get replaced. After a few weeks or so they started squeaking again, so I brought it back and at first said there was nothing wrong. Then it kept persisting and after the third time of looking they "warranteed" the breaks, saying they replaced the defective part. After a couple of days the breaks began squeaking again, now they are louder than ever. Wouldn't bring my car back.
In summary, replaced breaks twice, still loud. Clearly did not do a decent job.

There are plenty of other mechanics in the area.
I live nearby and I'll never, ever use them again. I know other neighbors with the exact same opinion.

I always enjoy bringing my car in for any issues I might have. The service is great, the prices are reasonable and everyone greets you with a smile. I decided to try Audy Auto because of the reviews on here. I made a same day appointment to replace a bent rim with a new rim. The guys were super awesome, nice & professional. I am very pleased with their work! Quick & done right! They didn't try to upsell me like other places always do, or tell me something else was wrong with my car. I will definitely be coming back!

I moved to Dedham three years ago into the condos across the street from Audy. From day one Nick, Joe and team have been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Took my car there today after a horrible and frustrating experience at Pep Boys in Dedham. I called Audy regarding a nail in my tire from Pep Boys parking lot after I had waited an hour and a half there and was told it was going to be at least another hour to even get my car looked at (when I had an appointment and the whole procedure should have taken 30 minutes) and was told I could come right in and be seen within 15 minutes. Although my tire did not end up needing patching I was so pleased with how friendly and prompt the service was and to top it off, they did not charge me for removing the

Took my car here after I was told from a previous mechanic that my 08 Toyota Highlander engine was on its last leg. Was recommended this auto center from a friend and although I was coming from north of Boston, and the commute wasn't pretty, I'm glad I brought my car here.
